This company cost me thousands of dollars in damage and would not take responsibility. I had appliances delivered and could not schedule an install at the same time. My handyman put the dishwasher in and I was referred to Gilbert to check on the install to make sure it was done correctly. He came out to supposedly finish the installation on my oven and dishwasher.
One month later the dishwasher hose came loose and ruined my wood floor. My plumber looked at it and told me that it still wasn’t installed properly. Not only was the hose not installed correctly but the leg is bent over. I called Gilbert and he didn’t call back. So we called him again and he said all he did was anchor the dishwasher. He said that was all I asked him to do. When in fact I never used the word anchor, I had asked him to make sure the installation was done properly. He won’t take any responsibility for not doing the one thing I asked him to do and now I am left with the damage. The only reason I paid him to come out was to prevent this kind of damage. I have a witness that was there the day of the «install» who says that not only does he have a razor sharp memory, but that Gilbert told him he was missing a piece for the dishwasher and that it could leak. The guy he told that to told him that he needed to make sure he told us which he didn’t. And what do you know, the plumber said it was missing a piece. My witness is a third party that happened to be there that day. He doesn’t have any interest in this.
Gilbert was rude to me and wouldn’t help fix the problem. He didn’t even offer to refund the money for the job he didn’t do. Now not only do I have to get the floor fixed, but I can’t use the dishwasher or my kitchen sink!
Do not use him if you want any kind of warranty. It looks like this might be my first lawsuit.

My family had large built in fridge that was to be shipped from another state and needed an installer to come by and help move this 600# fridge into the house as well as get it installed. Gilbert Baeza was amazing! Initially, we had booked an installer for the day after we received the delivery, but conditions on which we received the item necessitated that it needed to be installed the day of. Gilbert tried to fit me in the day of, but was unfortunately unable to due to a previous job. He offered to come 8am the next day, but I told him we would likely use the scheduled installer. The day of, the installer was unavailable, and I went ahead and called Gilbert again. Despite my repeated phone calls, he acted professional, was detail oriented, and pretty much orchestrated the whole event from moving it into the house to installing it with such care and precision. I am amazed this business is not on Unilocal; everyone should know about the great work he and his team does!
