Before yhey installed our new lift I agreed with Scott about a price and that the lift was going to be fully functional after the install was done. The installer team was great, they installed the lift with no problems, the biggest concern I have about this bussiness is that Scott kept on rising the price for the install even though we told him the size and capacity of the lift before hand and at the end he said he will not install the electrical portion of the lift, because the cable was not long enough so he had to buy more cable. We had an agreement before installing the lift and he saw the area where the lift was going to be installed and never said anything about not being able to fully install the lift or that he was going to need any more materials. Be carefull make sure you get something in writing before doing any bussiness with them
It was very clear from the beginning that the lift to be installed was a 12.000 lb lift, and that there was another lift that needed to be removed. The original quote was given over the phone. It is not my fault that he decided to quote over the phone. Still after the phone quote he calls me a a day after and from $ 600 he went up to $ 850, I had the 7.000lb lift for sale for $ 1000, we ended up trading the old luft fir the work of installing the new lift. We decided to do that because it was going to be easier that way for us even though we where loosing $ 150 on the trade. I was very clear over the phone with him before the lift was installed that the new lift was going to be fully functional when the work was completed and he assured me YES! And thet is why we agreed to the trade. Do NOT agree on some work over the phone with Scott because he will raise the price and not complete the work that was agreed before hand. Make sure you get everything in writing. If I agree with a customer over the phone to do some work on their car and I need to do something extra for them to get the work done right I will always do it, a happy customer is a returning customer!

Bought a 2 post lift for the home. Great price, installation was professional. I would recommend them. Was looking at atlas lift, but am very happy I chose the tci lift from expert. Good quality lift.
