Extreme House Cleaning

If there was a no star I would rate them that. I had scheduled an appointment with them back in early October for them to come the day before Thanksgiving, ¹¹⁄₂₅. I called them on the 24^th to confirm my appointment and she said she would be here. Well, as I can see from other reviews, they were a NO SHOW! I would not hire them again if you paid me to. I called Groupon on the day that they were supposed to be here and they said I would be hearing from the vendor in 3 business days regarding the NO SHOW. Well, you can guess that they were a no show again. Do not hire them!!!

Would have been our first time using this company but they are a NO SHOW! NO CALL!
Found Debbie on Groupon. She said not to bother going through Groupon that she’ll honor the $ 72 fee. Said she’ll be at my house by 2:30pm on 11÷27÷15. It is now 4pm. Called her twice, left voicemail, TEXT messaged and email NO RESPONSE.
She scheduled us in the middle of the day and stiffs us.
Very unprofessional not to mention rude.
Good thing we can were able to get a taste of her integrity before she entered our home.

Don’t trust any quote she gives you until she has seen the house. She increased her original quote on me after she had sent me an invoice for a complete move-​out cleaning. When I refused, she did a poor job, and didn’t clean things like the stove and kitchen floors. I had to call her again and pay extra for those things to be taken care of.

My house is Pristine!!! The girls were great and couldn’t do enough for me. They were extremely kind. My house looks terrfic!!! Im a fan:) Can’t wait to see you again, Ladies!!! Thanks again Stacey

Ever since my last cleaning lady decided to switch to another job I haven’t been able to find another one that was just as good! I have checked high and low for someone who does a great job. I have tried every groupon company out there! Finally after about a year I stumbled upon a place called Extreme house cleaning! She was advertising on groupon, yet she isn’t your typical commercial company! This was just what I was looking for! Someone that owned there own company that I could trust! She was polite on the phone and her prices are very fair. I was able to get an appointment right when I needed one. She just moved here about 9 months ago from California and has been cleaning houses for years. I couldn’t believe what a fantastic job she and her partner did! She cleaned stuff every other company looked over! Not only did she clean the basics but she included blinds, fans, stair banisters, furniture and even got the tough stain off my shower floor! I can’t remember the last time someone actually cared about their work. It really showed. I would recommend her company to anyone! Thanks again Debbie:) I will be calling you again! If only I could afford a cleaning lady every week.
