We had two computers with different problems. They diagnosed them quickly and gave us a great price to repair them. Plus they gave us some different options and corresponding prices depending on what worked best for us. The repairs were completed in a reasonable timeframe. Even after we picked them up and everything was good again, they provided additional support to fix some very minor issues and explain a few other things related to the repairs at no additional cost. Jorge was great and even offered to stay a little later one day after closing to accommodate our busy working schedules. I will use TLC again for all our computer needs!

We use them all the time for broken/cracked screen repairs on our different phones & they ALWAYS do an expert job & the prices are very affordable. Great job repairing/cleaning our computers too! Took two laptops here and one of them I received from my employer where the IT department cleaned it before selling to employees… the only thing wrong was it didn’t connect to wifi. The other one had a hard drive issue. They quoted me too much to fix them and for that price I could go purchase a brand new computer… something didn’t seem right. I said I would just get them and be done with it… then I get a second call with an offer to possibly buy both laptops from me, which they didn’t want to give me anything for them. Needless to say I picked them up and took it to another place where they gave me a fair price and not trying to get over on me! Beware.
