Wireless Toyz

Was passing through and remembered that I had gone weeks trying to find time to go get my screen replaced on my iPhone, walked in and was told my phone would be ready to go by end of day, sure enough they delivered! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist –exceeded my expectations, good job!

Slower than a turtle.
So I brought and iPhone 5 here hoping that they could help me. I had tried and failed to cut my own sim card. I walked in and the young lady immediately helped me I told her my situation she priced a new sim at $ 25.00 already cut. I agreed.
I then remembered that I had a brand new extra sim card in my purse somewhere. I asked her how much to transfer and cut my own sim. It was only $ 10.00.
We finally got everything situated.
The first problem:
The girl who actually cut my sim didn’t even bother to test my very first sim. She just automatically assumed that it has been cut wrong.
The second problem:
The phone still wasn’t working. Why? IDK! She had asked me if the phone was unlocked instead of checking she tried to sell me an unlock for $ 50.00. I repeated that I already unlocked the phone.
I finally figured out that the phone had not been configured.
Honestly though if you don’t have the slightest knowledge of phones and what not I would not bring my phone back. The knowledge of the particular staff that day was minimal. Slower than a turtle I tell you!
If you do decided to come here Jonathan the owner is very nice and will always do right by his customers. His staff not so much!
