Went in to see if I could find a part for a watch that I believed to be out of warranty. Not old did they have it, they fixed it for me and did it for free. The showroom wasn’t very well organized, but the service was fast.

I’ve picked up a couple of watches at Timex’s scratch and dent sales. Typically, they run around 50−75% off. The employees are helpful, and they’ll replace the battery on your watch for life. Nothing too special, but worth a visit during sales.

Went to Timex when they had their big sale. If you want a certain watch, you would be better to get it in the store but if you are not looking for anything «special», then you will probally find a good deal. If you go when they are not having their sale, then stay at home. Prices are pretty cheap at the sale but other than that, you can get them at Target.

I e-​mailed Timex customer service to inquire about a watch that I own: I like the features it has, they are useful for a frequent traveler. Do they still make this model or a model with the same features?
I rec’d a response pretty much as follows:
