Do not go to this place. They are a scam. I found an ad in the paper and thought it was a good deal so I called and asked specifically about my car to see if there would be any extra charges. The guy on the phone said that the ad was correct but they would want to look at my car. I went in and told them I wanted my rear brakes done. Let me say that normally I would just do it myself. I’ve done all the work on all my cars since I’ve been driving, but today I just felt like being lazy. the guy came back and told me that my rotors needed to be resurfaced and it will cost me a hundred and seventy eight dollars. I knew that they didn’t have to be resurfaced so I told him no and I just wanted the pads. He then tried to give me some spiel about why they needed to be done and why changing the pads would be bad. Again told him no and if it was an issue I could just leave. He then said no we can do it, and the pads will cost me $ 120. I said I called earlier and the guy told me that it would only be $ 44.95 with the coupon. He then said Who and I told him I didn’t know. He walked away and then came back and said yeah the pads are that much but with labor it comes out to be $ 120. I didn’t want to argue anymore so I just told him to put my tires back on and left. But in the ad it says that the install is included so they are also practicing false advertising along with deceit of necessary repairs. I drove home and on the way I stopped and got the pads and put them on myself. I inspected the rotors and they were fine, normal wear and tear. Do not go to this place.
