This place is a scam!!! Keep away. Rude staff, unprofessional and not even qualified.
I got a Groupon coupon for 3 massages and they made me pay extra above it for the 1st one. The 2nd time I went, they refused saying that I would need a Dr’s letter for the massage although all I asked for was a Swedish Massage!!! When I spoke to him to book the massage, he told me to come over at a time, I drove and went there 30 mins to hear them tell me this rudely. Also — there is no 1 hr massage — at best its 35 – 40 mins.
Groupon refunded me the money. Save ur time, energy and Money!!!
Be Warned this place is horrible with pitiful customer service. Keep away!!!
Never EVER will I return!!!

Never buy groupon here. Could not make appointment coz he ask call later and could not reach them that day anymore. When tried few weeks later he said I have to pay $ 30 extra to use my groupon. Ridiculous! Never had such bad experience with groupon.

I had a great experience at serenity spa. I found this spot on groupon and made an appt. I was has serious back pain to the point where nothing not even meds were helping. The ambience is great and my Masseus Pilar was amazing. She worked straight the whole hour and gave my tips on how to lessen my back pain. I will definitely be back. And I highly recommend it.

Went as a walk in. Very pleased with the service. Sarah was great. Very professional and very effective in hitting all the tension spots. Price was great for 1 hr massage. Rest of staff was very friendly and professional. They do the feet and chair massages in the lobby where I was waiting. I didn’t really mind. The couple didn’t mind either and they seemed very happy when they left. I will definitely come back. They’re a great alternative to mainstream Massage Envy, which btw is only a few blocks away. Gotta give it to these «mom n pop» places, they give customer satisfaction the top priority.

Its true what they say :(Groupon is a scam. You can get a massage for the regular charge, just i wouldn’t get the groupon. I payed $ 50 for the groupon. Man at the front desk put the wrong date for my massage and gave me false impression that it was an earlier date
Never got my money back because apparently there a $ 30 cancellation fee. i showed up at the earlier date and had to walk out… not very relaxing ill telly you that much.

We found this place on a whim wanting a massage after eating sushi in the neighborhood. What an amazing find! The staff was incredibly professional and their massage techniques were on point for our couples massage. Nelson and Pilar are masters of their craft. Pricing and options are superb. We’ve never felt so great after a massage. This will now become our new joint once a month. Definitely worth the trek from Miami Lakes! My only comment is that we had to pay prior to our service, totally fine, but seeing as it was my first time and not knowing how it would go I didn’t tip as much as I would have after the massage! Thank you Nelson & Pilar!

Total SCAM and illegal advertising on Groupon. The ad on Groupon says «New clients only OR those who have not used the services in the last 9 months. I am not a new client and I have not been there in 9 months. They did not honor the Groupon. The guy said that he was the Manager and he was rude. This is clearly a deceptive advertising practice and I am reporting it to Groupon. Don’t be scammed!!!

Amazing first visit! My therapist (Elizabeth) was thorough and deliberate. A five star experience at a fraction of the price. This was a super lucky find. Pressure was perfect and she spent time making sure each area was covered before moving on. It was therapeutic and relaxing. Only (minor) gripe I had, it was a bit cold for a massage environment.

This massage establishment is VERY unprofessional. I’ve been to plenty of spas and NEVER have I been asked to pay before my services. Not only that, but they also ask to TIP before you get the massage???
Ridiculous and not to mention the «Manager Zadkiel» is rude and disrespectful! The masseuse Pilar was great but when it comes to the front desk they really need to work on their customer service.
Never will I return!

Terrible service! They do not answer the phone. I had to call twice and when I got a phone call back the man was rude and did not want to honor my groupon because I was a previous customer. I went there last May (Over 11 months ago) and the massage was nothing special. Don’t waist your time with this spa, they will give you the run around. I will not be back and am making a complaint with groupon since they don’t know their own policy with the groupon they offer which states you can’t return for 9 months.

Disrespectful and unprofessional stuff. Obviously don’t have any experience how to treat customers right! The owner of this place should let his front desk manager go to save his business! Customers won’t come back and will keep writing bad reviews about your business.
I had purchased 10 treatments of ultrasonic cavitation. After one visit of awful experience I am never coming back to this spa. The guy that was doing my treatment didn’t know how to use mashine and cut my time in half.
Safe your money or spent it in the nice place where people have better customer service and hire profesionals to do the job. Serenity Spa is not that kid of place!!!

WOW! What a great place to go and relax and just have some ME time.
Considering that I am an elite dancer and massage every now and then is truly necessary. I’ve had alot of experience with massage therapists so I know when I am getting a quality massage or not. And I must say this was excellent!
Apart from the place being completely serene and clean (which is always a bonus) the employees were so nice and welcoming. They were willing to listen to my needs and always wanting to make sure that I was satisfied, which I was. Their attention to detail and knowledge of distinction truly showed in their massage and made me really appreciate my session.
Can not wait to visit again, definitely a place to go and check out.

This is my first Unilocal review so that tells you something, my girl and I wanted to have a relaxing weekend and I recently had my shoulder operated and have a herniated disc so you can imagine the mess going on in my back and shoulders. I do go to therapy but if any of you know therapy you know soft tissue massages/​scraping/​stretching are not really that fun or relaxing haha. However, Serenity Spa was a different story, I almost fell asleep and definitely felt a lot more relaxed and loosened up. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have been visiting Serenity Spa for the past year, for both massages and body treatments; the service and ambience is JUST as good as any resort spa I have been to, actually better because you do not feel like one of many people waiting for service, you feel very special here. And the massages I have experienced… yes…
Really, it is an absolutely wonderful experience. Oh, and anyone who has spent a ton of money at a resort spa would much appreciate the fair pricing for services!

This is the first time I have ever written a bad review but the experience I had here was SO bad.
I thought there was no such thing a a bad massage but they proved me wrong…
I had an hour long massage groupon. The massage therapist literally massaged the back of my neck with one hand for more than half of the time. He did not even massage my lower back at all. Basically, it was like a child giving me a massage. I even paid extra for «stretching» and he literally just pulled my arm over my head…
The entire time I was there I was thinking of excuses I could use to leave but it was so awkward I ended up styaing the whole time and leaving feeling worse than I went in.
NEVER AGAIN.
