Over the past 5 years, we have bought furniture for 5 condos from Casual. Despite the harsh conditions that rental property and oceanfront can bring, everything we purchased has help up beautifully, and looks like new. David and Amy get it when it comes to customer service. There was never a doubt that we would shop anywhere else when looking for outdoor furniture for our house.

Purchased furniture from Casual Furniture in January. In June I was noticing that mold was starting to grow on the furniture cushions and looking black. I attempted to clean the cushions as they recommended and still could not get the black out. When I called Amy at Casual Furniture she stated to me that she would get a hold of the manufacturer, Sunbrella to get it resolved. In the meantime, I had to get a professional cleaner(ServPro $ 125.00) to come out and clean them. The cleaner could not even get all the mold and mildew out. I spent close to $ 5000 for this furniture and it looks like it is 10 years old. All I keep receiving from Subrella and Casual Furniture is emails stating how to clean the furniture. Well DUH… I have tried to clean it repeatedly. I am so disappointed in the service and attitude of both companies. I am now in dispute with my credit card over this and all I have asked for is to give me new cushions with a darker fabric since their fabric molds. They have told me ‘no’. I could have went out and purchased Walmart furniture for a fraction of the cost and I know they would have stood behind their product. Don’t buy anything from Casual Furniture. They DONOT stand behind their products. By the way, this is a quote from one of the many emails I have received from Sunbrella: ‘Sunbrella warrants their fabrics for 5 years against fading and failing. Just like us, water resistance, mold and mildew can not be covered because they are circumstantial’ So is this not fading and failing? I cannot barely see the color of my fabric anymore due to the fading from mold and mildew and it is failing. Really? Disgruntled Customer
