Got my hair done by Melissa yesterday for a formal event, all I had to say was I need a casual up-do and Melissa worked her magic. Absolutely loved my style and I received a lot of complement on it! I was referred to Melissa by a friend since I can’t find any place in northeast Ohio that can cut my hair the way I want it! For me to drive an hour to Emzy salon to get my hair trim says a lot! Melissa is super nice and she always tries her hardest to please her customers! Thanks for being awesome Melissa!

This review has been long overdue…
Let me start out by saying Melissa is the best! She takes care of us every time we see her and my whole family loves her! Our hair always looks EXACTLY how we want (sometimes even better than the picture). Even when I’m being difficult, she always figures out a style and cut for me. Not only is she great at what she does, she’s very pleasant and professional. Even my super picky 7 year old son who WILL NOT go anywhere else! We always get compliments and everyone always ask where we get our hair done at. So, If you’re looking for a new hair stylist or a new salon, give Emzy Salon a try, you will not be disappointed. We’ve NEVER had anything less than perfect experience every time :)

2 weeks after I had a full set of pink and white nails put on at Emzy, I went to another salon to get them filled and fixed. They had to be totally removed because Molly did such a poor job that every nail was lifting and there were air pockets in the center of every nail. The cost of this lousy nail job by molly at Emzy is out of control. I overpaid for bad service at Emzy then I had to pay another salon to soak these horrible nails off and put on a new set. Oddly enough the other salon fixing all of emzy’s mistakes cost less than what I paid for a crap job at Emzy. I said it before and I’ll say it again ladies… save yourself the time trouble headache and money. Go somewhere else to get your nails done!!!
