Sorry but this is the only location that seems to consistently refuse packaging for any reason they can come up with, I had a lady today 1÷11÷2016 say package would probably get damage keep in mind this is after I told her they were preowned skis, They don’t damage easily and they were packaged excellently I guess they plan on throwing their packages around a bit before having truck pick up shipments. Anyway this lady was very rude and actually cut me off as I was asking if she recommended a plastic wrap«Her thinking I was gonna say paper wrap interrupted me to say no a paper wrap would no it would not do anything». BTW I took package to normal location I use no issues at all.

Goods and bads. When we arrived(Sunday morning around 10am) to pick up two large packages(a heavy 2-piece mirrored medicine cabinet shipped from Amazon), there was a single person behind the counter dealing with a single customer. I politely stood behind this customer and listened while the two of them continued an ongoing discussion about sewing their own clothing. No actual FEDEX-ish work appeared to be happening. The person behind the counter never even glanced at me. I waited for a minute or so and then finally asked if I should come back another time. The person behind the counter gave me a dirty look and then shouted over her shoulder toward the back, «DEVAN!» A woman came out of the back and offered to take us at another register. The sewing women continued with their conversation. So that’s the bad. I mean, c’mon…there’s nothing wrong with being chatty with a customer… right up until ANOTHER customer shows up. At least continue doing your job WHILE you chat, if someone else is waiting. Apparently this woman thought it’d be okay for me to stand there until they were done talking, whenever that might have occurred. At one point I considered pulling an Amy Farrah Fowler and going, «You’re KIDDING! NOWAY!!! HEDID *WHAT!!!* THAT’S NUTS!!! PLEASEPASSTHEBUTTER!!!» Anyway, the new woman, Heather(not Devan… when I called her Devan she said, «Oh, she always calls me that… I don’t know why») was amazing. The medicine cabinet we ordered came in two huge boxes and consisted of lots of mirrored glass, glass shelving, etc. The shipper had admonished us to carefully check it over before accepting it, so we were forced to dismantle the packaging there and then… which was quite the production. Thank the gods it was a slow weekend day; there would’ve been a riot had we taken over the place on a weekday. As it turned out, Heather not only didn’t give us any crap for turning her register area into a nightmare of packing material, she handed us knives, tape, scissors, and even helped us muscle the heavy cabinets in/out of the boxes. Further, she offered to let us use one of their carts to get the boxes into our car. And finally, she offered to dispose of all the excess packaging we’d liberated… two huge boxes and a bunch of bubble wrap and packing peanuts. She couldn’t have been more helpful if she’d jumped in our car and helped us unpack at home. At one point I told her she was well on her way to getting a stellar Unilocal mention and she informed us there was a review process online, and that any time one of their names was mentioned there, they got a lunch purchased by their manager. Unfortunately, we went to that site and couldn’t figure out any way to create such a review. It’s possible you can only do that if you’ve got a FEDEX account. FEDEX is something of a douchebag that way… there are all sorts of things you can accomplish and all sorts of info they’ll give you about your package, but only if you create an online account and give them all your personal information. So yeah… Heather. She rocks. Avoid the sewing woman.
