Lane Bryant

I have had the most horrible experience with this store and it is still unresolved! Their credit card system was down and they called in a charge on my card which came back declined (not sure why), I handed the cashier a different card and that went through. By Monday of the following week, I had the same charge on both cards! I have talked to every facet of customer service and managers but nobody has reversed these charges. I have gotten the extreme runaround, however we all agree that this needs to be reversed. smh. Now I am so fed up I have said just forget it and I am too embarrassed to shop there anymore. I don’t want to be seen as that difficult person. I’m jut gonna lose weight and shop somewhere else. Thanks for the motivation Lane Bryant!!!

Took my wife to get a new skirt on a whim after drinking some beer, and snacking on some chicken wings and chili cheese fries down the road at The Harry Buffalo.
