I purchased a bed here on Black Friday, and was given a 3 week delivery window. There were some snafus with my email address and then the sheets I ordered did not arrive when expected, I had to call customer service twice, each time, I had to hold 40 minutes or more before anybody even picked up. This stuff was annoying, but tolerable. Then my bed delivery date came. They did not call the day before to give me my delivery window, then 2 hours after my bed was supposed to be delivered they called and said they didn’t have all the pieces and they could not deliver it — that was after I’d spent another 2 hours on hold waiting to talk to them to find out what was going on. I went online to their FB page and Consumer Reviews sites and found hundreds of other reviews with the exact same story. In many cases they had missed 2, 3 or even 4 delivery dates. Always the same feedback — they say they will call you back or deliver your bed another time, but they don’t. Basically you pay thousands of dollars for a bed and you’re just buying a customer service nightmare. Even if you do get your bed, you cannot trust that you’ll get good service if/when there is an issue(I read a good number of poor reviews related to long-term owner dissatisfaction and poor customer service as well). I ended up cancelling my order, and paying half the price for a new adjustable bed elsewhere. If you’re considering buying a bed here, read the reviews and test customer service hold times in advance before you make a really expensive mistake.

Beautiful store, and the employees are knowledgeable. The only issue I always have is that they never have my «Sleep Number» in stock.
