I would give this store zero stars if I could. This was a horrible experience, not only because I have AT&T and I’m forced to go here because of my grandmother, but because of the way these employees wanted to take advantage of an elderly woman… We came to get my grandfather the most basic flip phone they offered. She immediately tried to sell my grandmother one whose phone works perfectly fine. Then she was pressuring her to buy a car charger, and other accessories that they have no idea how to use. I mean COMEON, they are old, they rarely leave the house, and then when I spoke up this lady(I would mention her name but I will refrain) immediately copped an an attitude. She got real snippy and rude once I told her we didn’t want anything else but the free upgrade. I won’t even start with the greeter who was a stuck up you know what. This only justifies why I have AT&T and how happy I am with their services.

Ok… Here goes. Despite 2 of my close friends working there at different times, this so called«manager» whom I talked to, who thought he was a big shot with his fake montblanc pen attached to his shirt, says that he would not sell me a PDA phone without a data plan. This was 4 years ago, when data plans were NOT required. I laughed, being the nice person I am, and took my business down to westlake, where they smiled, and politely gave me my Palm PDA phone with no questions asked. I still can’t believe he said«I won’t sell you that phone w/o a data plan»…I think if I heard that now in 2010, since I’m a different person from back then, I would have made sure the store and the regional manager would have heard my rant. And the way he acted, he acted as if he was the CEO of verizon lol… Boys and girls, avoid this store… take your business to the westlake branch in the promanade. Needless to say, I haven’t seen him around in that store when I go in once in awhile to that north olmsted branch next to taco bell hahahahahaha.
