Called and spoke with Eddie about a nav/satellite system for my Explorer. Price seemed fair and they did the work the next day! Great operation, low key guy. I am very pleased. The entire process was painless ! I highly reccomend

I’m sorry to say I felt very concerned and did not give my business to Zippo’s. I stopped in, and asked questions. I had someone try to install a remote starter and could not program it. The desk person said I can’t look at it today, but because it’s a push start, it would be $ 350. I said it’s in the car already and I have the parts. He then said $ 99 if only programing but if any including one wire had to be changed, that’s $ 350. I could not take that chance and felt it better to go elsewhere. I appreciate the full price could be possible, but there’s no rational reason that it should jump like that.

I had a great experience with Zippo’s. The owner was very friendly every time I called, and I had to call and postpone my appointment multiple times due to the snow we’ve been having in NJ. It was more than typical customer service — it was as though I was a long time customer and a friend even though we hadn’t met yet.
And the remote starter? It’s fantastic! The range is terrific (I can start my car from my desk in my office!) and it has some neat features. I highly recommend Zippo’s!
