Buffalo Wild Wings

Terrible place, never had an issue with a bdubs restaurant. Bad attitude, didn’t give change to one of my kids, I had to go back because our food was dry and pretty much had no sauce. Drove 20 minutes there and couldn’t even get a refund.
As I was there complaining, another table talked to the manager and told him how bad of service they got. Won’t go there again.

I’m kind of late giving this place a review as it’s been a long time since I’ve been here Went here when it first opened and never went back. Five of us went and none of us ever went back. The wings are the worst! I can’t believe people even go here for wings. Evidently they have never eaten wings at Buffalo Wings and Rings in North Port, FL. There is no comparison!

Disappointed with the wings, tough and overcooked. I ordered a dry rub, it was obvious they put it on after the wings were cooked then re-​heated. Sat at the bar on the patio, did not realized smoking was allowed until after my food came, did not like that.
The beer selection was good and fairly priced. People were friendly and efficient, plus I was able to watch two out of market hockey teams. Next time I will eat elsewhere then stop on for a beer and watch the game

Typical buffalo wild wings, but if you plan to sit in the outdoor patio area, be prepared to inhale a significant amount of second hand smoke. For some reason, people are allowed to smoke out there even though it is not separated from the actual restaurant/​bar area. Everything was decent, besides the smoke which ruined my appetite.

This was the first time at this restaurant and it will be the last. Ordered boneless wings and burgers. Wings were over-​cooked and were dry as wood chips. Burger was also overcooked. Hand-​cut french fries were obviously frozen and tasteless. This was a very expensive mistake that will not happen again. I should have looked at the reviews before considering this restaurant as I am not alone in my criticism. Never again!

Went for dinner to celebrate my child’s A honor role with a coupon for another similarity named restaurant. Manager said they’d honor the coupon anyhow and made this night. Fantastic food and even better staff. Thanks Kane for making our night.

Went for wings last night after setting up for a wedding rehearsal. The waiter suggested the Thursday special of boneless wings so we all went for them they were rock hard, over cooked and dry. The waiter never took any of our empty cups away they just kept piling up as all of our drinks came in A new cup. No wonder the place was empty for Thursday night football.

My boyfriend and I came in before a movie and our server, Kaylea was awesome, efficient, friendly, and helpful. We had a problem with our food, which had nothing to do with her or her service but she and the manager rectified the situation.

I’ve only been here a couple of times. Both times I sat at the bar and both times the service was really bad. By far the worst service I’ve ever had while sitting at a bar. Food is typical, overpriced, mediocre b-​dubs food. I definitely won’t be back to this location. If you want better service and better specials, head to Wings and Rings.

Absolutely terrible service, management and a total overall lack of bar tending and training. My boyfriend, who’s an experienced bar manager and myself a server have sat at the bar both times we’ve been in to have a few beers. Both times have been utterly disappointing experiences. The first visit we had an unruly bar patron become irate about a college basketball conversation. He soon became so aggressive, the only male server in the building at the time had to stand between the said aggressor and other innocent bar goers as well as the smaller female on-​shift bartender due to the situation becoming unpredictable. He was never asked to leave nor did the female bartender make any mention or apology for his behavior or acknowledge it in any way to the other bar patrons. Super uncomfortable. The second and last time we’ve been in was during the Ronda Rousey UFC fight. We totally understand the «weeds» bartenders and servers can be thrown into during crazy busy events such as these, however there was no exception for the terrible lack of service we received. We saw two floor managers just standing the two times we saw them on the floor the whole event, not lending a hand once nor asking how anyones dining experience was. We were lucky enough to get two seats at the bar which would seem to lend to more efficient service, not here however. At one point my boyfriend waited patiently for 30 minutes for a beer because the male bartender took his first empty beer glass and wasn’t asked at that time if he would like another. CARDINAL SIN of bar tending. It wasn’t until I finished my beer and sat my empty glass far in front of me that I got acknowledgement about getting another beer and even then with my boyfriend sitting dry next to me, still wasn’t asked if he’d like another… he did eventually get his beer. In the time we sat and watched all the fights pass we witnessed the male bartender consistently short pour all his drinks. So basically, if you’re ordering any mixed drinks or cocktails from this location you’re getting seriously ripped off and paying $ 7 plus for a fountain drink or straight grenadine syrup. I witnessed the female bartender take a dirty rocks glass from the drink well, quickly rinse it under the tap, immediately re-​use it for a new drink, and the server then taking the drink to his table in the restaurant. GROSS. The female bartender kept repeatedly asking the couple next to us how many more fights were left until the title fight insinuating she was ready to be off shift or close up. It would have been amazing if she could have at least pretended to have wanted to be there, enjoying her job as well as the people around her, tipping her significantly. Save your hard earned money for any other restaurant/​sports bar/​dive bar/​wing spot. Really, any at all.

My parents and I were wanting some good wings so we decided to try this place for the first time. MISTAKE. Our server, Jackie, did not seem like she gave 2 craps about anything. did not smile once. did not seem to care about refilling our waters. my mother ordered a regular sized angry orchard, and after the fact saw on the happy hour menu that the larger size was a dollar off. why wouldn’t our server inform us of this? we paid 11.79 for an order of 10 wings that were absolutely awful, chewy, undercooked, bony, and not meaty. we also ordered a combo that consisted of 12 wings and fries and cole slaw… there were maybe 15 fries on the plate and the cole slaw was basically old dry cabbage in a tiny cup. Disappointed is an understatement.

Gave this place a second chance since the first visit was horrible. The second visit wasn’t any better. Wait staff is not attentive, we had to ask to have drinks refilled. Both orders came out wrong and had to be sent back. Expensive and not worth the service you get.

Came to this Buffalo Wild Wings because it’s one of the few restaurants in the area. I ordered a burger and fries. Their burger was basically a glorified McDonalds Big Mac. The fries weren’t good either. Their only saving grace was their Pastrami sandwich that I also had after I had enough of their burger. This is the only reason why I gave it another star. I guess their only good for wings?

We were out running errands and decided to pop in for lunch. Service was good. We ordered a large jerk/​mild traditional wings, and they were pretty good. The «mild» had quite a bit of heat for mild wings. Just a fair warning. Price was a tad high for a wing place.

3^rd time since the new location has opened and have had horrible service all three times! I dont understand how when there is no one in the building! Food sucked and server was too interested in hanging out in the back hallway, we even ended up getting our own boxes from the side station! And still had to ask for our check which we got an eye roll about!

Wings are good great place to watch sports and the bar is nice. The service there as always been excellent.

Great service, sat at the bar for wings and drinks… LIIT were kickass, awesome wings had the dry rub salt vinegar & desert heat, sauce on the side.

We have been coming to this BWW since they opened at the original location across the street. We go two to three times per month and the food is always fantastic and the service is good. The craft beer selection is good and we would recommend this BWW to anyone that enjoys good food, beer, and sports.

Steer clear. Horrible service. We ordered an appetizer. Burger and wings. Now mind you it’s slow. Our waitress has 2 tables including ours. 25 mins pass no appetiZer – only for ALL the food to come out at once with her explaining the ticket got lost and a manager was coming out. Before she even walked away I sent back the cheese stick app. Ice cold. My wings and hubby’s burger cold. No manager ever came out In fact neither did the waitress –she never came back… So we left with enough cash on table to cover drinks and a tip. I had to come back in after going to the car to get my sunglasses I forgot. Waitress is at her one other table. Doesn’t apologize or anything. But the cash is gone. Classic.

We went to this BWW after my hubby had their wings while working out on the east coast & loved them.
The sign on the hostess podium said to seat ourselves and we did. Our drink orders were taken within moments and brought to us promptly. We were then informed our server was Jade and she would be with us shortly, which she was.
The hubby’s sprite was flat. Momma got a bacon cheeseburger and we got a large order of buffalo wings. Knife had dried food or rust in the ridges … Wings made out stomachs hurt, and not because it was spicy. Chilis has better wings believe it or not.
The prices were a bit higher than I expected. Luckily the good service kind of made up for it.
