Lisa, the owner, helped my husband and I design a new wedding/​engagement band using the old stones and adding new ones. We talked about doing it for years, spoke to a few other jewelers but never loved the ideas or felt comfortable enough with the people until we discovered the Jewelery Vault. They worked with our budget and stuck to the final price agreed upon even after they had to add a couple extra stones. I fully trust them!

The ladies here are awesome! I needed a chain shortened ASAP so I could pair it with a necklace that hubby bought me for our tenth wedding anniversary. They were able to do it quickly and perfectly! I’m also having them rhodium dip my gold sapphire and diamond anniversary ring that my mother gave me so it’ll match the rest of my jewelry and they are also helping me with ideas on maybe switching out a stone in a ring that hubby gifted to me and maybe resetting the old stone into a necklace! They are knowledgeable, patient and creative! The jewelry here is stunning as well! I highly recommend this jewelry store. So happy I found them!!!
