Chili’s

Ordered a shaker margarita first one came in a really neat Patron bottle that U shake
and pour into a really cute margarita glass. Then we ordered another round of the same.
It came out in a beer mug and was told it was the same. Not what we ordered. Waitress could tell I was not happy did not care.

Been here a few times now… So Chili’s would not typically be my first choice when deciding on a place to eat, but I received some gift cards and decided to use them. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised.
I’m trying to eat healthier these days, and was pleased to see that Chili’s has a «Lighter Choices» section on their menu (
). The section reads, «All of the flavor for less than 600 calories.» I’ve tried the «Ancho Salmon», «Margarita Grilled Chicken», «Mango-​Chile Tilapia», and the «Mango-​Chile Chicken.“All are perfectly serviceable. The portion of vegetable, sometimes steamed broccoli, was generous, and it was not over cooked. In fact, one time, it was a little under, which is OK by me. Sometime the vegetable is «citrus-​chile rice» and it’s OK too, though often a bit over-​cooked.
One complaint I do have is that Chili’s only has Tabasco hot sauce (at least at the two Chilis I’ve been to here in Texas). I would much prefer Cholula hot sauce (or similar), as I think it is not as sour (vinegar) as Tabasco.
My other complaint, and this goes for both the Chili’s I have visited recently (here and Granbury), is they are rather loud. The general din of the place is loud, which makes almost everyone in the place talk louder. Also, Chili’s seems to be popular with «the younger crowd», who also seem to be louder.
Other than that, service has been generally good, though several times we did things (re-​order drinks, pay) via the Ziosk’s tablet-​based ordering system (which worked surprisingly well). But watch out for this thing, as some content (games) is going to cost you extra… But hey, if it keeps the kids quite, it’s worth it (since I’m the guy at the next table). Note, if you do get dinged for a tablet charge, complain and most likely they will take the charge off your bill.
Bottom line: Not my first choice, but not ruled out (anymore) either. It is indeed, A-​OK.

I used to love Chilis! Ordered takeout today. First of all, half the food on the online menu they no longer had. No potato skins, Swiss mushroom burger, or cheese sticks. No greeting from curbside waitress… no thank you for a 5 $ tip or even «have a nice day.» Food was very disappointing, very greasy. We will not be back. Very poor service and very poor food.

Absolute worst dining experience in a long time. Sat on bar side about 5:45pm so wife and I could eat and watch Mavs game. Grabbed seats and teas came right away. Had to track waitress down about 25 min later for refills and she eventually got pitcher. Asked when our food was coming and she said it should be out soon. Flagged her ten minutes later and she said she would check and came back and said our food went to wrong table but she would fix. Another ten min wife and I just walked out.
I was so mad I drove 15 min to Colleyville for a diff restaurant. They must need a new manager after all the other low ratings I see. Too bad I can’t give less than one star.

I have eaten at Chili’s a few times. The food is nothing special. Typical chain store fair. definitely don’t get the ribs. Hamburgers are OK, but it’s hard to screw up a hamburger. Service was good. This location is hard to get to, so I would chose another one.

An extremely over-​zealous waitress turned this experience into a rather annoying one. My husband got the triple dipper with southwest egg rolls and other stuff. He said it was all overly greasy and wished we had gone somewhere else. And with being so «on top» of everything, we waited over 10 minutes for the check. Really irritating. Don’t expect much from chain restaurants, and this one for sure kept my expectations low.

Just left this Chili’s. it was ok. Nice and clean. Great service. Milk cup for my child was dirty on the inside. They were quick another. Soup came out ice cold. Not even warm. I have never had this happen at a Chili’s. They were nice to heat it up for me. I guess over all it was ok. Food was as expected. Luckily the service was super.

We have always been big fans of Chilis.
The Chilis in north richland hills, on Bedford euless road, where I took my kids over 15 years ago is now awful.
The place needs a totally cleaning, scrubbing! I had a hair in my food, the service was poor. The waitress hardly came by and they weren’t that busy.
The smoking section may attribute to the paint looking bad. Even the front door was dirty. I didnt want to touch anything. This was at 3 in the afternoon. So sad. Please, shut down and start over.
We had good memories there. We won’t go back again to that one. We do have other Chilis favorites. :)

Haven’t even acquired my food yet and I’m incredibly displeased with the service here. It doesn’t seem like they are busy, yet we had to wait a long time to place our orders. Our waitress, marissa, put us in a booth next to a big group of noisy teenagers even though there were open booths in her section that were slightly more quiet. I don’t think most people would be able to tolerate the noise that this particularly large group put out. Also, the music is incredibly loud for it just being noon. Overall, if you decide to go here, hopefully you have better, more competent servers since food quality is usually the same.

Presidente Margarita was really good so was the service and food. No complaints

Just had lunch at this location and was VERY pleased with the service. I was thinking 4 stars becuase the food is pretty much the same from location to location. But what made me want to write a review was the overall friendliness of the staff. It seems like service is going out the window these days — so it was refreshing. Oh. and food was great too!
I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stop in for a quick lunch/​meeting and appreciates good service!

This Chili’s has become a default «get away and chill» location for my wife and me. When we just want to get out for a bit, we head over here, sit at the bar, and enjoy the friendly service and great food. Yes, it is a chain. But the beer is cold, Chili’s burgers are tough to beat (especially for the price), the service is great, and it’s close to home. And if you really get a wild hair, try a margarita. If you haven’t tried one yet, they will surprise you.
