Service was great but unfortunately the billing is awful. I was over billed 200 dollars after I knew I had already met my deductible and I am going on a month of my refund is being processed, supervisor will call you, etc, and absolutely no response or result. The last phone call I had with them was quote: «that’s just the way it is.» Totally and completely unacceptable, both ethically and professionally.

I have been to Gateway Diagnostic Imaging multiple times over the past five years. I am not sure all the imaging products they offer but I know the MRIs that I have done here and at the downtown location have been top notch. The staff there are caring and are trying to see as many patients as they can since their services are in high demand. They do take their time with you and work with you. Yes, nobody likes to stop their daily lives and have a medical procedure or test done. Try and remember that when you are considering your review of a medical institution. Most of these reviews seem to have their blame in the wrong place. Keep this in mind when you are selecting an imaging provider.

Should be a — This place is a joke — unprofessional, unorganized and unaware just begin to scratch the surface. I was scheduled for a MRI and X-rays and the tech only did the MRI. That visit was HORRIBLE and now I have to go back? I cut a trip short that an earlier flight home to get in before my surgery and my appt got scheduled for the wrong week! After 10 mins and a deep convo with the office Mgr, YES they can see me — woo friggin hoo! After the 4 people who came in after me get called I ask when my appt is and the girl who checked me in looked at me like she’s never seen me before. I realize not everyone has a choice but I will never go back and if you have a choice DONOT choose this cut-rate joke of a business.

When my wifes doctor spoke with Elaina at gateway diagnostic the doctors office ordered an MRI for my wife and Elaina put my wife down for a CT Scan which was scheduled at 2:15 today. We just called before appointment to confirm whether my wife can eat before the appt or not and elaina said oh your wife is scheduled for CT scan not MRI. Elaina said the«doctors office messed up». I called the doctors office and they said elaina messed up. I put them both on a party line to realize it was elaina’s fault. She did not apologize but rescheduled for 7:15 pm. We got her and the doora were locked. We were able to get someones attention and she opened the door to tell us that elaina had called to cancel our appt. we checked our phones to find no missed called messages. The girl at the front desk was very reluctant to call a manager and just said i cant don anything. Very very unprofessional. If you run into elaina repeat everything 10 times. She is dumb

Took my mom to Gateway over Christmas break to have an MRI over the Holiday Break. They were friendly, quick, and very patient with her. This was her second MRI in a year with major back problems getting on and off the table can be painful and overwhelming they did a great job of helping her and moving very quickly to get her out of the there very fast. They are also very forward with technology mom’s doctor would get the results of the MRI sent to his ipad within 24 hours and then a detailed report in less than a week. Gateway Diagnostic is a great place to have imaging done.
