Monarch Dental

This is a low budget operation with a poor support staff. My son, unfortunately, received his orthodontic treatment from this location and it was poor service from the start. There was always confusion about scheduling appointments because the ortho staff was only at this location on certain days. When you do get an appointment expect to be seen much later than it was scheduled; we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes one time. Yesterday’s appointment was the best! My son had a 4pm appointment. He arrived at 3:50, signed in and waited and waited. He went up to the counter at 5 pm and asked about the situation. He was told, «we must have missed you and you will have to reschedule.»
His teeth are nice and straight now and this was the final exam. So, the purpose of having his teeth straightened was achieved but at a huge expense of WAISTED TIME! I would never recommend Monarch Dental to anyone.
Go somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation.
