Horrible product, went there for lunch today, hamburger meat taste like it had been sitting on a grill for hours, greasy, old dry, disgusting. Fries were cold and old. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen, someone from corporate really needs to check this out! No Wendy’s for me for a long time!

They gave me a black salad instead of a side salad. I tried to take out the black lettuce but it was too much I had to take out. Unfortunately I don’t have time to go back to talk to someone and they did not give me a receipt. Obvious to say I won’t be going back.

All I can say is WOW!!! Worst service I’ve had at a Wendy’s. Went inside and waited 5 min. for someone to help me. Before I could say something the lady behind me yelled out for service. Finally took my order. As I waited for my food some guy brought in a box of frozen french fries. There was a hole in the bottom. The guy says«we have rats». And the manager says just go ahead and put them in the fryer. Got my food, went to go sit down, and all of the seats in the whole restaurant were greasy in the place was filthy. Also there were flies all in the building. I think someone from corporate should come here and clean house.

I went there Thursday, Friday and today. I order the meal without onion, BECAUSEIMARLEGINONOIN! Friday, I talked to the manager in store. I went there for lunch, and they didn’t change. Terrible!!! They need to learn listen to what the customers’ order!

Went there late one night, before they were supposed to close and nobody would answer the drive through. I could see cars in the parking lot and all the lights were on but they decided to stop serving customers early.(That really hacks me off!) The food is the same as any Wendy’s but to decide to close early at a whim isn’t acceptable. I called the 800 number posted on the drive through window to complain. When I called they wanted me to call a different number… Really… You should make it much easier to report issues than posting the wrong number and then making the customer write down a different number and call it. Can’t you just forward or post the correct number on your premises… I expected better…
