This place is terrible. The customer service is not only long but they are also rude. I would like to mention me and my mother came a couple minutes before they close. The representative refused to let us come in and let us pay a bill. They were all in there just looking at us not and even acknowledging us. Made me pretty upset that you can’t even just tell us that you were closing or anything.

I hate this place, not only you have wait hours for customer service, the phone service sucks, for a prepaid service at $ 70 a month is a rip off, for 6 days I couldn’t get my emails or see any Netflix at all, and every time I would call customer care they would want to sell me a devise to get better service and I’m like«no assholes» for the Dublin $ 70 I’m already paying you assholes you now want me to pay you or buy a device for another $ 36 I’m like go fuck yourselves I called tmobile and wanted my money back and they said sorry you could go back to boost and I called my bank and disputed tmobile charge on my card and now I got my money back, there tmobile payback is a bitch isn’t it? Stop fucking people and taking there hard earn money and get them good service

Carlos/Carlitos was extremely helpful and professional. There is no pressured sales tactics here. All my questions were answered and even when I forgot his answers he was patient with me and answered again the same question with a genuine smile. The store is really clean but it was hard to find the phones initially to test out. They have plenty of accessories and phones. Carlos was up front with any possible fees which I really appreciated and he told me about future options to come. Really great experience here. They have plenty of parking. They take credit cards. They do have to perform a credit check even though it’s not a 2 year contract but that is not specific to this store; just T-Mobile. It makes a huge difference in the experience when the sales professional is able to make eye contact, be down to earth yet not too chummy and most of all shake your hand. Great place to purchase technology.

I went here during the day, yes it was a Friday, but it was an early afternoon. The service was horrible. The one girl was working at the counter, while the other one just disappeared as soon as the line got longer and never emerged from the back. I was only upgrading my phone, so I saw the phone I wanted and got in line. I think we stood in line for a good 40 minutes and then I tell the girl which phone I want and she said«oh we don’t carry that phone anymore» and then she tells me that they have the Nokia(can’t remember what number it was), which is exactly what I just said. Had the phone I wanted, but overall a bad experience! Edit 4÷18÷2008 I had to add another star since I stopped by here not too long ago. It’s the closest place on my way home from work. so decided to give it another try. I was in need of a SIM card, so I had no choice. To my surprise I was taken care of pretty much as soon as I walked in to the store. I told the girl that I also upgraded the phone, she asked me what kind it was. It was the blackberry and she let me pick out two skins for the phone for free. which was cool. I was already aware that I would have to pay for the SIM card, which the T-mobile Rep told me on the phone, so I was pleased to get the accessories.

I’m happy with this store. Perhaps I was lucky, or things have deteriorated in my absence since I have moved to Wisconsin. They were knowledgeable and nice, had what you need in stock and it was just a good place to go.
