After 3 orders with absolutely no problems my last shipment was short a package of coils (~$ 21.00 plus tax). I recieved it the day after christmas and immediately sent them an email about it. I sent another one 4 days later and another one a few days after that. I have tried to call 3 times with no success and not able to leave a message. I checked their website and they are saying they are out of the coils. I understand that this does happen but to mark it as being in the order when in fact it was not is unacceptable. 2 weeks with no return of emails makes me wonder if they are going out of business? I wouldn’t send them any money if I was you…
