Cindy and her colleague helped my fiancé and I with the assessment and repair of an antique engagement ring. They were knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. We’d already been to another jeweler in town who had given us inaccurate information, but Cindy showed us all of the details of our ring under a microscope and patiently helped us to understand and repair it to keep it’s value as an antique. We are extraordinarily grateful!

Dropped a watch off for repair the end of May and was told that they would have to send it back to the manufacturer and that they would give me an update as to the status. Not hearing from them I called 3 weeks later and was curtly told that I would be notified when the watch was ready. After another three weeks passed with no contact from Hannoush I called again and again was curtly and somewhat rudely told that I would be contacted when the watch was ready. Now having the watch in their possession for over two months with no update as to what the status is (or whether they just lost this valuable watch) I called and demanded that they contact the manufacturer and give me a return call as to the status. I finally got a return call from Hannoush stating «oh, the factory was closed for vacation, we will contact you early next week with a status». Its Wednesday and I have not heard from Hannoush. One would think that before blindly sending an item off for repair that they would make sure the business they are sending it to is actually open. These folks have permanently lost my business.

Cindy and her team are awesome! Every single time I need anything jewelry related, I come here. Even if my purchase is small (read: watch battery, ring repair, etc), they make me feel like the most important customer they’ve ever had.
I will absolutely continue to bring my business here, and suggest that you do too! They’re products and service are unparalleled and are sure to bring a bright spot to your day.

I came into the store 10 minutes before closing time on a Friday, with a dinky sale to be made — $ 10 for changing my watch battery — and the staff was as cheerful and helpful as could be. I’ve only put 4 stars because I haven’t actually gone through the process of buying an expensive piece of jewelry from them, but this little bit of experience with them was outstanding — 5-​star.

I walked into this jeweler and was immediately struck with the friendly atmosphere and service. There was a couple buying a ring who were glowing apparently they had been given great price and service as well. Highly recommended.
