Staff are unfriendly and not courteous. Not worth spending $ 5 for a specialty coffee when the experience is so below par.

Nice Caribou. Great interior with an awesome large table if you came with group. However if you came for the wifi go somewhere else. The download speed is limited to 120kb per second which is borderline worthless if you need to get anything done in a laptop.

Caribou has a rustic, comfy feel to it, despite being a chain restaurant. Every time I’ve been in the Northfield location, service has been friendly and fast. I love their coffee (if you need something sweet, try any of their specialty mochas!), and their breakfast foods are pretty good as well.

Unless you like waiting in line, don’t bother to even go in. I stopped in again for a quick coffee to go. Big mistake. There were only 2 people in line ahead of me, but 15 minutes into the wait I gave up and went somewhere else. There were SIX workers behind the counter but they all seemed to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off. What a disaster.
