Gleam Photography

Being in the military it always a struggle finding a great photographer within the time I am in the area, due to frequent duty station transfers. GLEAM exceeded our expectations.
This was such an awesome experience for my family. We requested a studio shoot since it was too cold outside for a 4 month old. GLEAM was able to get us scheduled with no hassle.
After arriving to studio, Olga made us feel very comfortable and treated us very professional. She was patient during the entire shoot and we never felt rushed. Additionally, she made the shoot fun for my 6 yr old. Olga played music for her to dance to, while she conducted the shoot. The ordering process was a cinch. We also received all pics on a thumb drive which was mailed to us within 2 – 3 weeks.
I would highly recommend GLEAM to others in the area who are looking for a fantastic photographer. I intend on scheduling another shoot prior to my transfer from the Chicago area.

When I found out I was pregnant I knew I wanted to do a maternity and baby shoot. When I saw my co-​workers engagement pictures by Olga, I then knew who I wanted to do it and never looked further. Olga captured both my pregnancy and daughter in the most beautiful way. Thanks to her, we will always have beautiful pictures to share and look back on to remind us of that wonderful time in our lives. I can’t wait to do it all over again with her!

We did a mini session with Olga for my 17 month old son. She had a bunch of adorable props that looked great in the pictures. She had tons of patience which was great with my son. I highly recommend her — the end result is amazing! I’m definitely planning on using her again!

My husband and I used Gleam when we were expecting our first child (this was a maternity shoot).
I’m giving Gleam 5 stars for the following reasons:
–Creativity (she came to our home, with all kinds of ideas for the shoot as a result, we ended up having photos indoors, with great lighting as well as outdoors, which were my favorite). If you already have ideas, she’s really open, so just tell her if you’re looking for something specific. We liked a little guidance, so we deferred to the photographer’s expertise.
–Personality (really easy to work with and kind, which made the experience really pleasant and not awkward)
–Variety (the prints/​proofs that we received were all different: belly, profile, black and white, etc.)
–Unique touch — we value candid photos and while we did pose (after all, it’s a photo shoot), she was able to capture moments that were candid and in my opinion, turned out better than any posed shots.
Almost 2 years since the shoot, it’s really touching looking back at the photos and showing our son photos of «mommy’s belly». :)

We used Gleam Photography for day after our wedding pictures. We had a great time walking around Chicago with our photographer. She was available and had a great eye for shots (especially because it was very spontaneous and we just fell into many great areas for pictures)
All of your shots were amazing, you truly made my husband and I ‘gleam’. You have an eye for great pictures and lighting and I love the different coloring (black/​white, sepia, etc.) that you did with some of the photos. Also, I love the different types of angles you were able to capture with us and the buildings in the background.
You completely read my mind about what I was hoping the pictures would turn out to be, and exceeded both of our expectations.
Just truly amazing and a great person to work with!
