An amazing place! The communication was A+! I wish more people wrote positive reviews because these people I’m sure have serviced 1000’s!!! And 3 people took the time to review! Hope I’m not a future customer but if something happens this is where I’m headed!!!

Can I put 0 stars? So a person hits my car with 236 miles on it. State Farm sent me here to get repaired. They told me my car was ready so I go to pick it up. It wasn’t there, they forgot to get it aligned. Ohhhhh yeah. So I wait till it gets back and the receptionist tries to get me to sign a 1500 receipt. I said I’ll wait till my car gets back. So my car gets back and the bumper has the same exact marks in the same exact place it did when I brought it in. 3 different people come out telling me it’s brand new. I say wow you guys should go play the lottery cause the odds of a new bumper having 3 marks exactly where my car is damaged is a billion to one. I went back in after talking to State Farm who told me they had another rep coming out to look at my car, again, in 3 days. I go back in and the parts guy is there showing me a order number for the new bumper. Hahaha okay. Pictures don’t lie buddy.
I hate getting lied to my face. This was a blatant extortion. Do not go here if you want a trustworthy, honest shop.
Oh yeah and when I went back in the parts guy only had a bill for 1200. And was gonna order a new one… I said no thanks

Since writing this review. State Farm sided with me and I am getting a new bumper at a different body shop. That’s proof right there that these fools tried to screw me. Maybe try this sh*t on a grandma
