I’m with Rachell and her review! Horrible is the accurate word. a simple question about when my two years are up (looking to upgrade my iPhone). I provide my number, the last four of the social and have my license right in front of the associate and still she demands our verbal password. Really? Just to tell me what I can find out online? Who else but me would care? That level of ‘security’ isn’t security at all… it’s open hostility on your potential customers. Never going back!

Dealing with cell phone stores is a major chore for me. I went into the store prepared for chaos and endless waiting. I was pleasantly surprised that the store was empty at 5 pm on a Friday afternoon. Now, I know that I lucked out — it could have been due to major rain that the store wasn’t a zoo. I was lucky enough to have been helped by Brett who not only knows what he’s doing but is very polite and professional. I walked away very happy!

Brand new Verizon Store! Its very clean and staffed with super helpful people.
We are on contract but came in with our own phone and asked for help updating the messenger. Kyle helped us and did a great job.
No pressure to buy anything… just helpful service.
We left happy!
