I wrote a check to toysrus. The check bounced because I didn’t have sufficient funds. I was off by a penny. Complete mistake. I got sent to this company. I wrote a post dated check. This company cashed the check after I sent it under the fair recovery credit services act this company has violated federal law. I will be suing them now for damages. Ironic how this works.
