It’s Saturday shortly before 11 a.m. when we arrived at Chuck E. Cheese. We walk through the double red doors and into a kids dream. The building was practicly empty. There were less than 15 guests when we arrived. The mascot, Chuck E, was by the party room taking picture with the kids. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The staff can be seen cleaning rides and games through out the day. The food looks and smells great. All of the games were in running order. By one 1 p.m. the store was still was not crowded. If you don’t by food here spend $ 30 on tokens and play for a few hours. It you want pizza or snacks buy a package that includes drinks and tokens.

The place was good to accommodate birthday parties I have to admit my son had a blast but, Everyone was really nice and a bit stress with the short staff but, they all seemed to handle it GREAT!(except skinny pale girl with mole) dang that girl needs an reality check. I can see you when you roll your eyes!

My daughter loves this place for the games. Just watch out for other people’s kids. The little people that visit her normally aren’t well mannered and don’t respect personal space. Food always cranks out timely though.

Place is pretty clean, I like how it’s an open area and you can look across. Parking spots are always full but there is street parking.

My little one celebrated her 2nd bday here. She loved it. The place is pretty big and gets crowded easily but it’s ok. The parking is convenient given all the space you have. The manager and our party host Alex was great. Very friendly and understanding of my little girls fear of chucky cheese. & very tolerant of my wacky brother and his friends lol. I will be taking my baby girl here more often since my siblings want to earn her a 2,500 ticket prize. I enjoyed my experience at this chuck e cheeses :)

Ehh this place is what it is, do I like it? Mehh. will I be back? probably, because my kids love it. lol Here’s the run down; It’s Chuck E Cheese people, when you find yourself with nothing to do on the weekends with the kids or if the weather outside isn’t right for the park this is a good alternative. I personally have been here on a weekday afternoon and have been quite pleased with the experience, no crowd= less noise/mess and more free space. Weekends are ALWAYS busy, so busy that finding a place to sit is like war and good luck finding your kids if they happen to venture off. Parking is a nightmare but they do provide a complimentary valet so that’s cool. I probably will drive out to Burbank next time though because the crowd here is GHETTO, I’ve seen grown ups push kids without a care(not mine) curse in front of them and not wait their turn for rides or games, I mean seriously? I’ve seen other«mommy’s» cut in front of kiddos waiting in line without their mommy and just wow, ridiculous. I guess this place isn’t responsible for that though so. on to the food. Just yuck lol I mean the kids like the pizza but my honey and I ordered the buffalo wings and EWWWW! We literally stopped after the first one. The tables are immediately cleaned after each party leaves so that’s cool, bathrooms were fine and games were all working so no complaints there. Staff is cool, especially considering the fact that they work with kids all day and some aren’t so nice, lol I’ve seen kids punch and kick poor Chucky and he handled it like a pro. I like the little show they do with the kids, it’s cute and they even throw out free tickets. They do have the AC at FREEZING the entire time for obvious reasons but we all left sick, my babies had runny noses and coughs(went away the next day) and me and my honey are still sick from it. I guess there’s not much they can do about that though since the kids are running around and there are so many bodies, I can totally see why they do it but its FREEZING in there. All in all 3 ½ Stars from me!

Decided to take my son here to celebrate his 10th birthday, so glad we did. Had a great time! The staff were so kind & helpful with whatever we needed. The pizza was so good, love the new crust! This establishment was also very clean, including the restrooms. We will definitely be coming back more often. I would much rather go back to this location than going to the one in Sun Valley which is closer to me.

Dirty bathrooms — I mean absolutely filthy!!! No milk or iced tea. And our pizza came out completely wrong three times. After over an hour of waiting the third time we got a partial refund of our pizza. Partial!!! On the whole one of the worst experiences out at a supposedly kid friendly place ever!

One thing I’ll love to share that our hostess Naomi such a sweet young girl know how to be passionate about guest service. Naomi made us feel like home and every minutes with smile telling us what’ll be next. Naomi thank you very much. Naomi it was our pleasures to be with you. Naomi I Wish you all the best and God fulfill your dreams. Service was great and food was good and on time. We are so happy to be at Chuckee Cheese today. Thank you.

When you have kids, Chuck E. Cheese is inevitable. When you have two kids and decide to do one birthday one year at this place… Chuck E. Cheese becomes a tradition. I’m lucky that this location is the one we ended up at. I started going to this place when it opened, I won’t even mention how many years ago that was. I was my daughter’s age, and this was the newest thing. Flash forward(mhhmmff) years and it’s still here. I get a little nostalgic coming here, it’s been completely renovated multiple times since I was a kid, but it’s still the same fun-lovin’, arcade gamin’, robot mouse dancin’ place it always has been at its core. The staff is very friendly and capable, and they do a great job hosting parties. They stay on top of everything, you just have to show up and pay the bill! The kids love it here, and hey, you know, it’s Chuck E. Cheese… you aren’t getting gourmet food, you aren’t getting a romantic ambiance(though this is where you can end up a few years after a night like that!), but they do have wine and beer, and they’ve turned the volume in the party room WAY down which is great for adults who used to end up horse and partly deaf after bringing a kid to a party here. So yeah, I’m a fan of this C.E.C., though I have to admit, I can’t wait for the kids to outgrow it ;-)

This was the first chuck e cheese i ever was brought to when i was a kid n it was awesome… coming here as an adult, its still awesome… food was good, games for kids AND adults was fun, but no pitchers of beer, really??? I get it that this place is for kids and adults shouldnt drink, but im pretty sure a couple more dollars for a pitcher of beer would be nice instead of paying $ 5 for a cup of beer is lame… just saying

This chuck e cheese was just ok… I felt the place was a little too big. I know they have to fit a lot of people in… but I wasn’t a fan. Plus too many people means the kids had to wait to play the games they wanted to. Also — the parking was too limited we had to valet… valet at chuck e cheese? come on now. The salad and pizza were good as always.

I wish there was no such thing as 1 star reviews. It should be more like 1 turd reviews. I got food poisoning here and I’m pissed. I went here with my sister in-law and my two daughters. They really need to prioritize several things: Yeah, I know I signed up to come to this piehole of a place but at least treat the kids with some respect. Be nice to them if they talk to you. They are excited that they’re in a different place and they want to talk to different people. If you don’t want to work where you know you’ll be surrounded by curious kids, go work at the Pollo Loco or take some classes so you can get a job you enjoy. No one is making you work here. Another thing… When they distributed the tickets for all the kids who were following Chuck E. the Rat, they just tossed them in the air and let the kids crawl on all fours to pick the tickets up like they were rodents grabbing cheese. That must be the theme of this place. The layout of this place is awkward. The jungle gym is secluded from the rest of the restaurant and play area and it is hotter than the Sahara up in this biznatch and only in this biznatch. The concert area, main entrance, and arcade are air conditioned fine. This is the last time I’m coming to this location. My kids and I would probably have more fun at a car dealership. At least it’s air conditioned well and the snacks won’t get me sick. If you want a respectable place for your kids, go to Giggles and Hugs in Topanga. Decent food and at least the people are very kind to your kids. No arcade though.

First of all, the negative reviewers have to remember where you are. It’s loud, dirty, crazy, and I usually leave with a headache. The food isn’t great and most of the employes don’t want to be there(can you blame them). And the toys suck. But you knew all that before you walked in. You are not coming for a spa day, your coming to make your child/children happy. We as parents endure a lot to see our kids happy! The experience today was very pleasant! Anna the store manager was very friendly. She greeted us and took our order with a smile! One of the machines got stuck and she ran(literally ran) over to fix it. 5 stars for her amazing attitude and great service, considering she is not there for her child AND she’s probably only getting a little above minimum wage. Thank you Anna for making our trip a great one!

Never again!!! This Chuck E Cheese was a hot mess between the wall to wall rude people and the filth I was turned off. Way to many low class people for my taste. Anyway they did have free valet parking??? the worst park of it was a child fell and split her chin open and the Mom let her continue to play with blood dripping out of her ewwww!!!
