Dr. Eric Lunchick

I’ve been with Dr. Lunchick for years and even though I have moved, I still keep going to him.
Dr. Lunchick: He is thorough and always explains in detail all of your options as far as different lenses and how much each costs with and without insurance. You can tell him your goal and he will work with you.
The Staff: I love these girls! They always help me pick cute frames and tell me the straight up truth and make me feel comfortable about trying 20 different frames. They tell me what’s hot and what’s NOT!

I have been coming here format least 11 years. Live the staff. I just wish the frames weren’t so expensive and they had more choices. Most of the frames are the same style and cost around $ 300.00 — $ 500.00. Other than I love them.

The worst service from the receptionist. She first gave me a hard time about looking up my insurance when I first arrived, I had to call my HR and he had to make a phone call to the insurance that was not needed. She was the one who made the mistake and blamed my HR. Then she said she would get back to me about an accessory and never did. She claimed that I was supposed to call her about it and then said that I owe money that she never mentioned. And then she decided to state that she did try to call me but the phone number didn’t work. Trust me my phone works. She calls 2 times after the first call I made stating that she forgot to mention a few things after our first phone call when all the info should have been brought up in the first phone conversation. I won’t be returning to this location. She also blamed the Optometrist for not getting the proper info from me from the eye exam. She needs to take some responsibility here for her mistakes. This was the first time I went to this location and the last. The Optometrist should thank her for loosing a customer. I should cancel the glasses but I need them.

After seeing 3 different optometrists, I have finally found a great office for my vision needs. I’m super happy with not only my visits here but also the quality of service and glasses that I received.
I’m a loyal patient now, and am glad my friend referred me!

I have been seeing Dr. Lunchick for my yearly eye exam for over 15 years and have been very happy with the quality of care I have received over the years. His staff is always so helpful and nice when I come for my yearly visit. Dr. Lunchick always explains everything to me thoroughly, and if I don’t need to update my prescription, he will tell me I am good for another year with my current lenses. His office is in Northridge, and I live in Sherman Oaks, but I am very happy to make that long drive just to know I am getting the best care for my eyes.

Came in today and had a wonderful experience. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Lunchick provided me with the best optometry experience and I will definitely recommend him to everyone.

I choose this place based on the great reviews and it was within a mile of my house. I drive a lot so anywhere I can save on drive time is a plus. I loved that he didn’t use one of those air puffers to test my eyes. He was fast and efficient without making me feel rushed. I also got a referral for a consult to have lasik on my eyes.

Such a wonderful and caring doctor. I always hated that air being blown in my eyes, thank goodness he has a machine that doesn’t do that to test for glaucoma.

I love this place. It’s a bit out of the way for me, but I am more than willing to make the drive because of how nice and accommodating everyone is. Its definitely a first-​class establishment that truly looks after their patients.
