Eye Level Learning Center

I’m very pleased with Eye Level Learning Center. My daughter was struggling with Math, I researched other tutoring centers in the area and found out that not only were the other centers really expensive, but they would not assist my daughter with the math work she was learning at school. This place is very affordable and they assist my daughter in the math she’s learning at school and they teach her the common core. Mrs Catherine and her staff are extremely patient and kind. I highly recommend this learning center. I wish more parents who’s children attend this center would rate this place on Unilocal,because there are many children who attend this center.

This place is way awesome than KUMON. My son used to go to KUMON for 4 years since he was 2 and he learned to read 2 ½ years old, however, he started to struggle not apply critical thinking skills at school math. After an extensive research of Eye Level and Kumon, I came to a conclusion Eye level is way above Kumon, Eye Level English and Math meets standards of Common Core and teach kids to think more critically, Kumon does not offer it. Given that the developers of the Common Core math standards examined the standards of the top-​performing nations for mathematics such as Singapore, South Korea, and Japan, the Eye Level program boasts excellence in math instruction with its origins based in Korea. The Common Core’s emphasis on proficiency in basic computational skills coupled with applications in problem solving, critical thinking, and reasoning is in line with the Eye Level math program.
Eye Level English is based on the same four principles of the common core standards: reading, listening, speaking, and writing. The Eye Level English program covers many of the Common Core content such as inclusions of numerous informational texts, an incremental progression of complexity in the texts, and the basic skills of reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
We also love the teachers Ms. Kathy and Ms. Mary who are so patient, firm and yet kind. Many kids who graduated from college and their kids come back to them. Thank you.
