Nope nope nope. They messed up my prescription. I refilled a prescription from Northern California while I was visiting recently and I needed Ecitalopram. I got Citalopram instead. I even gave them the proper prescription number. The pharmacist helped me with transferring my order down south but unfortunately not the right one. And if you’re a CSUN student it seems a little out of the way.

Never trust that your prescription will be ready when you think it should be. I showed up once and it just plain wasn’t there; they had to «get authorization» from the doctor and by this time doctors were gone. This morning my doctor ordered an Rx for me for pick-up here. So being precautious and remembering past experiences, I called around 3:30 to make sure it would be ready. They said it would be ready tomorrow, and«do you need it today?» Well, yeah! So they said I could pick it up after 5:00. Good thing I called. Don’t know what the problem is with the communication between Kaiser and this place, but why would anyone presume that a Rx called in in the morning would be fine for next day pickup?

Patty is the best pharmacist ever! She is so radiant and lovely every time I come here. She seems to really enjoy her job and have fun, even when there is a never ending line on a Friday night with many grumpy inpatient customers. She is always very helpful and compassionate.

This is a small pharmacy that does their best but due to volume they just can’t seem to get it together. Meds are rarely pulled when the are supposed to be ready, and if your on lunch avoid. You won’t be able to do a quick pick up unless you call and are positive the script is ready. If u assume its ready bec u called it in days ago don’t, they are not like other kaiser pharmacies. I live so close but would almost drive to Panorama or Woodland Hills just to avoid the stress. I’ve been dealing with them for 2 hours over a mistake THEY made but not filling the correct quantity. Oh and parking is a night mere FTL(if there is such a thing as For The Loss) if not I just made it up. Gave 2 stars because I like Mike and a few other staff members, it’s not their fault. They need better management which is odd being a part of such a large company.

Clean, friedly staff, quick and efficient. Only draw back is the parking. Its a super pain as its in the Whole Foods lot and this is just a super busy shopping center!
