My task was to find the perfect«trucker hat». Don’t ask cuz, I’m not telling. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the selection of hats and the set-up of inventory. Pleasing to the eye. Very good vibe from the staff, as well. Reasonably priced and they even embroider. What?

Hat selection is okay, what kinda irritated me is the fact that literally 3 weeks ago I bought a new hat and signed up for their membership which they said next hay purchase I’d get 20% off. Now that I went today they said they couldn’t find me in the system, the supposably found one of me I made years ago and said I had to pay $ 5 to renew. Wth I JUST bought a hat 3 weeks ago. I feel their a big scam, I said screw the membership and just got the hat without the 20% cause I needed one.

Let me just say this… ZEROCUSTOMERSERVICE. They need to get rid of their employees and hire new ones, or at least pay for proper customer service training. I walk in and the sales associate looks at me up and down, no greeting, nothing. I’m obviously looking around, looking for an item. She doesn’t come up to me and ask if I need any help and I’m only 5 feet away from her. This is ridiculous. So I go up to her and ask her to help me find the hat I’m looking for, she laughs and says«they’re all on the wall, I don’t see what you need help with, just look over there.» Don’t waste your time at this store, go get the products you’re looking for from somewhere else.

Been calling every other hour all day today and the phone line is busy! They’re probably on a personal call because I can’t imagine them not noticing that the phone was disconnected or left off the hook! Topanga Mall has better service, just not the hat I’m looking for. Now I have to drive my ass to Northridge since these idiots have the phone line busy!

First off, no one greets you. They didn’t even ask if I needed help. I asked for help and they took their sweet time doing something behind the counter and more people walked in and they didn’t bother to move an inch. Terrible service and the guy seemed to have a stick up his bum. Terrible place.

No one greets you if you ask for help they don’t even help you nor do they smile. We had to wait 15 min for the guy that was on break to help us with an exchange. All I have to say is that everybody should be trained to do everything !!!

What better place to get your hats than from the place that’s called«Lids!» They have a good selection of sports hats as well as other styles and colors that you don’t typically find at regular sports stores. Custom embroidery is another option for that extra personalized touch if you so choose. Cool to have the option!

Lids is my go to spot for all my hat needs! They have the newest and classic hats. Now they even offer custom embroidery at a reasonable price. You gotta check them out at the Northridge location.

Not a bad selection of hats and such. Whenever I need to get my little brother a gift I usually either come here or best buy, depending on the event. He loves the hats, I happen to think they’re pretty ugly, but hey; if it makes him happy, I’ll keep buying them!

I didn’t even know Dodger caps came in any other color than blue but that’s what Lids is all about… tons of variety and styles of sports caps. So the next time I want a green shamrock Dodger cap, I know where to go.
