I order the bbq chicken pizza often for my son. They always have deals and sometimes they even give me and XL for the same price. Location is convenient. Staff is friendly. They have a small parking lot but there is usually parking without hassle if picking up. I gave 4 stars because when ordering delivery, freshness is hit or miss.

Simple review of some pick-up I did last week. In short, five topping original crust was wonderful! Not a thing wrong with the pizza! In addition, walking inside the customer service was just as outstanding! Keep it up guys!

The guy making pizza answered the phone, touched money, and then proceeded to touch dough. I asked if he was going to wash his hands and all he told me was it wasn’t my pizza, and when it’s busy it’s ok to do that. Nope not for me, too bad I gave this establishment a ton of business. Not anymore, I’ll go somewhere they care. — star ratings if I could.

Horrible service and horrible food. Deliver took over an hour and 15 minutes even though they promised me that the delivery would take 30 minutes. No apologies when I called them asking where my order was. The staff was rude. They didn’t offer any incentive to make me want to continue to buy at papa johns. I asked for something and they sent me a completely burnt brownie. Thanks papa johns… for nothing

The young lady on the phone was so damn professional and proficient at taking my order, it was like we’d been married for years. Plus I was off the phone under two minutes. These people get it.

This is one of the worst Papa Johns I’ve ever been to. The staff is very rude and had been pretty disrespectful. We ordered pizza for my brother’s birthday, and the pizzas we ordered were all vegetarian(as we are vegetarian for religious reasons) with different combinations of the various vegetables we could have. Somehow, they managed to put meat on the pizzas and when we had called them and told them we were going to be bringing them back and would like our originally ordered ones correctly made, they said that they can only give us credit for those and we would pay again this time. The staff gave us such a hard time with just trying to get our order correct and fixing their screwup. They spoke to us with a «too bad for you» attitude and expressed zero compassion when we explained how even bringing meat into the house is something we do not practice. The worst part is, the label on the box had the correct ingredients listed and yet the pizzas were still made incorrectly. Anyhow, the food tasted fine but the staff here is just awful.

Go here instead of Devonshire! At least they do their job here. Papa Johns is my favorite place for pizza delivery. The garlic dip is the best! Just tried garlic knots and they are also amazing! Look out for coupons online or in the mail. Then always have coupons. You can also order online and use promo codes. Pizza is more expensive here than most places, but with the right coupons you can save a lot :)

We’ve been ordering pizza online for delivery from this Papa John’s location since we moved to Northridge seven years ago. They are always fast and courteous and the pizza has always been fresh, hot and delicious. The online and e-mail specials are great. The place is managed well and the pizzas are well-crafted… never dried out, never burnt, toppings evenly and generously distributed. The chicken menu items don’t measure up to the pizza, in my opinion, so we really only order pizza these days. In my experience online ordering(from any restaurant, not just this one) is more accurate and convenient.

Seriously bad pizza. Also, they didn’t honor the online price but charged me a couple bucks more. Use your money to wipe your ass, at least you’ll get something useful from it.

I have ordered twice from this Papa John’s after seeing the commercial for special prices, and they overcharged me on both occasions. When I called, they told me that they don’t carry the specials

I tried to order a steak and cheese pizza that was on special, I called and asked for the«steak and cheese special» and went to pick it up 20 minutes later. When I got home I opened it up to see, a six cheese pizza… oops. Look Papa John’s is fine if you don’t care what your pizza has on it, what it tastes like, or where the ingredients came from. If you have $ 6 and want just anything. this’ll do ya. If you want actually good, quality, pizza and ingredients that didn’t get shipped in on a giant corporate truck, go somewhere else.

On Sunday, January 1st, 2012, I decided that for my viewing pleasure of the NY Giants vs Dallas Cowboys game, since all of the commercials and ads brag about being the pizza of sports fans, did I decide to order a pizza using the papa johns mobile iphone app. I placed the order at 7:00PM, I didn’t receive any sort of automated response email allowing me to know the order had been successfully placed for 15 minutes which by that point, I had called the location to confirm my order. After receiving the email and reading through it was I presented an expected delivery time of 30 – 40 minutes which although seeming a bit long of a wait given the location being about 2 minutes away, not much I can do about that. fast forward to now 8:20 do I receive a call on my cell phone from the delivery person telling me he can’t get into the building to which I tell him that you have to press a button combination, which I did leave in the specific instructions portion of when I had placed the order to enter my building, and after I explained to him verbally on the phone does he abruptly hang up. At this point I’m thinking finally, he will bring my pizza up and I’ll move on from this rather late delivery(the game I’m watching is now under 2 minutes remaining from when I had ordered it during half time) do I now receive another call from the delivery person about 5 minutes later telling me he still cant get in. I have ordered delivery food from not only your competitors in dominos and pizza hut and have absolutely no issue at all in receiving my order but it was also promptly done so in half the time, and now I’m being told I need to come down to retrieve my own pizza. I went down to where he was«standing» more or less leaning on the wall and wreaking of marijuana to which he mumbles to me «I couldn’t get in» I hand him the cash($ 20 which was giving him a rather generous tip of $ 2 if you ask me given this experience) to which I am then handed 2 rather luke warm to cold feeling pizzas and I say to him«I will not be using papa johns again» and him walking away again mumbling something to the extent of «whatever». Now eating one of these pizzas was I treated to not only as inevitably cold pizza but a bland tasteless and rather horrible tasting«pizza» included poorly sliced and placed in its box with extra condiments which appeared to have just been literally thrown into the box as the lid was closing since they were literally on top of the pizza. Needless to say I threw away the pizzas after attempting to stomach 2 «slices» which were awkwardly done and not quite fully cut threw involving the tearing of slices. Needless to say I will never order from Papa John’s or ever recommend and will go so far as to deter others from doing so as well, worst food experience of my life!!!

I asked for delivery to a place on campus literally down the street. I had explained to the driver that I had just been in a motorcycle accident and cannot get off the couch, so if he would come to the door, I would have someone bring the pizza to me. They said they could accommodate my request and would be there in 30 minutes. An hour passed and I called back. They said they didn’t bother delivering the pizza because they couldn’t find parking at a college. I called corporate, and they didn’t bother calling me back. What’s the purpose of having a customer service line if you don’t really care Papa John’s?
