The old bartenders and workers were great, idk what the new girls name is(that’s been there for a month) but she is BEYOND rude. My friend cut his hand on the table and asked for a band aid(which should be their responsibility to provide in a situation like that) and she laughed then told him«don’t worry it’ll stop bleeding.» Later, I went to the owner to explain what happened me ask again for a bandaid and NOTONLY did they have a whole drawer of bandaids but the owner had no interest in what I was saying nor did he care that his employee was rude. The place was boring and empty anyways. I definitely recommend going somewhere else if you’re looking to have a good time. There’s a billiards place close by on topanga cyn and Sherman way that has never treated me with disrespect and is always busy and everyone is having a good time. GOTHERE. NOTHERE.

This place is alright. I went a few nights ago. It was a bit smelly, liked some one peed in some corner. But it’s pretty chill atmosphere in there. Plenty of TV’s. They have a jukebox which is a plus! A game will run you about 6 bucks per per per hour. They have plenty of tables to play. They sell beer on top, no liquor. Pitchers. Small selection. They dont serve food. Might have some snacks. Plenty of parking. Open late.

Beware of roaches and urine odors. Cheap pool hall. Okay selection of beer. Wouldn’t go here if it was any further from my home.

I went to Plush Pocket for the Mezz West State Tour. I was very impressed. Very well kept tables. Very nice atmosphere. Nice staff. And above all, tables were reasonably tight. Nothing worse than big pockets(slop buckets).

No food served, great parking area. Friendly staff and players. If you are a serious player the front row tables are there with tight pockets, you are accused to be a gambler once you step in there with a nice set of cue and cue case. Many pros go there to play. I left my ID card and after a few days went there and they have kept it in a safe place for me which I appreciated that. A bit pricy for renting a table but I guess it is the reputation! They are packed most of the nights.

This place is Huge. I can tell you that from my initial visit I was expecting this place to be a small sketch little pool hall with some questionable looking people hanging around. I was making assumptions based on the outside but once we opened the doors we were shocked to see how big of a pool hall this place was and how very wrong I was. I believe they had around 25 pool tables or more fitting in here with plenty of seating stools and enough spacing so people could enjoy their game. They had a bar which appeared to only serve 5 or 6 beers on tap. Out of the beer that they did serve, I think they do a really good job of maintaining their lines because I can tell you the beer tasted better here than at alot of fancy bars I’ve been to. Saturday night prices seemed to be $ 22 to $ 25 an hour so it might not be the cheapest but hey its local, clean and friendly so i would go again.

Great location. Plenty of tables and not crowded at all. Cold beer at the bar. That’s all you need for a billiards night.

Its a chill hole in the wall pool hall. Maybe no pool hall junkies but most likely some junkies. Decent beer selection and prices. Its your normal everyday neighborhood pool hall.

Kind of ghetto looking on the outside. but the tables are not too expensive per hour and the crowd isn’t too bad. I’ve heard drinks are pretty reasonable in price too.

Great pool hall. The tables are well kept and the felt runs well. They have a few quarter operated Diamond tables if you’re preparing for tournaments. If you’re going to spend a few hours there, I recommend getting one of their pastrami sandwiches. Been playing going here for about 5 years.

Décor & Clientele: This place looks like the methhead-version of the bar used to film the hit 80s TV show, Cheers. That being said, this is roughy what you’d expect from a pool hall in the valley. Billiards: The billiards tables here don’t seem to have the worn-out felt that I’ve seen at plenty of inferior billiards halls. Some of the pool cues could probably be replaced but overall, the equipment here seemed satisfactory. Food/Drinks: Beers are served in a chilled glass, it’s very much appreciated.

Overpriced table time. Tables play decent. beer price is average, i wouldn’t eat the food there being in a location with many other food spots around id rather eat somewhere else.

I’m new to the area and think I found my go to spot. Everyone there seemed like they were having a blast. I know for sure my friend and I had a good time. He sucks at pool but hey. some people got it and some people don’t. hahahaha just kidding. But anyway, good place, good vibes and excellent smiles! Lori, if you read this… i think your super beautiful and can’t wait to bring friends around this place. Mahalos!!! \m/

I know everything about pool. I know nothing about pool, but I know what meticulous upkeep, good service without smarmy talk, and convenience are. Plush Pocket is comfortable. If you suck at pool, you can comfortably suck in a corner or abstain from sucking altogether by having a seat on one of Plush’s many comfortable chairs. You can drink beer out of a chilled mug. You can watch sports and chomp on pretzels. You can challenge people who are way better than you and grandly embarrass yourself. You can act creepy, but no one will like you. The common denominator between all of my favorite places is authenticity. Save the pomp and bs, let’s see what you really look like. And people, Plush looks fine as hell.
