Sonus Hearing Care Professionals

I have had hearing loss for about 15 years. Have had a test done when I first noticed it 15 years ago, and recently have been a lot of difficulty hearing people, so thought I would bite the bullet and go to an ear, nose throat dr to see what, if anything, I could do. That was a mistake, because he sent me here to get audiometric testing. These people tried to sell me a $ 10,000 hearing aid, I had NO insurance at the time, and I felt really frustrated because there was no support from the «doctor» there, who really just wanted to sell me SOMETHING. Thankfully, they were not aggressive with follow-​up. I think they just wanted to make the sale right then and there. It was a lovely office, clean, up-​to-​date facility. But seriously, $ 10,000 for a hearing aid? Does it come with an in-​house masseuse? I’m giving 3 stars because they weren’t mean, and their offices were nice, and their testing seemed halfway decent. But I wouldn’t go back there, because I don’t think they will tell me all my options. Maybe that’s not their job.

If I could give them no star I would. I have never ever dealt with any office like this, they are very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful people. I actually called my Doctor’s office and asked to be referred to another office.
They never answer their calls, you have to call at least 12 times until they finally pick up the phone, and then they hang up on you. Honestly if i was you, I would stay away from this office.
