The Trophy Emporium

I went here yesterday to get an engraving done and they did it within 5 minutes and did a an amazing job on it, the customer service was good I was helped me immediately and they were nice. Overall a good trophy shop I will defiantly be back in the future.

I needed to get new crystal cubes that looked like ones my company had gotten the year prior, so I showed them to Robert at Trophy Emporium and he said he had something like it — and even at a better price than we had previously paid!
I also saw an example of crystal engraving in a shade of blue on his website, so I asked if he could do that for the cubes, since our logo is blue and the previous cubes were engraved in the color of the crystal cube. He checked to make sure he could — especially since I asked about matching the PMS shade of our logo — and he said he sure could.
Well, them came out beautifully. Everyone was so impressed and my boss was quite pleased with the new cubes. Thanks for making me look good, Robert and Trophy Emporium!!!

I needed a few new usher name badges and Robert, who had been highly recommended to me in the past, provided exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the quality of product and level of service received. I plan on doing business with Robert again in the future.

After having a pretty bad experience at Anderson Trophy… I was referred to Robert through some crowdsourcing. He was incredibly accommodating and flexible. I explained that my perpetual plaque had come from a place that had closed and that o would be in need of an extension soon. Instead of penalizing me and trying to gouge me out of money for not getting the plaque from him… he quoted me something very reasonable… assured me that my order would be ready on time and that he would match the fonts as well as possible. I will be coming back here again and will be happy to bring in more business.

Great place to engrave your watch. They’ve done 2 jobs for me so far. Lettering is very good and overall I am glad that I used their services. Reasonably priced.

Sherry was awesome helping me figure exactly what I should do and they did an awesome job at engraving.
I wanted a different color writing and they changed it right on the spot with no hassle and NO CHARGE!
Price was super cheap and the quality was VERY GOOD!

my friend was visiting town recently and he needed a trophy at the «last minute».
he called them and within a couple of hours had the trophy in hand.

Horrible experience. Took a ring in to get engraved, the ring holds too much sentimental value to begin to explain, the young lady working the counter was slightly helpful with what little she knew about my questions, while the guy doing the engraving in the back couldn’t seemed bothered at all with going over my request, long story short, I got my ring back and wasn’t surprised at all at the fact that it wasn’t done anywhere near how I wanted it. Ill take my future business elsewhere.

Good place to get a trophy. I’ve ordered from here twice online and I’m very happy with the product and the prices they offer.

First of all, I can’t believe this place does not have any Unilocal reviews? I was originally going to another trophy place because I needed to get a set of trophies made for a racing event, but ended up giving this place a shot as it was more conveniently located.
I’m extremely glad I did! Robert was great help throughout the entire process. They have a good selection of trophies, awards, and items that they engrave in the showroom, but can also get anything else within a day or two.
Robert made the entire process extremely easy and a stress free one at that. He worked with my budget and I got the trophy that I felt was appropriate for the event. I wanted custom graphics etched into the glass instead of simply just text, and Robert e-​mailed me proofs he etched into aluminum prior to doing the real thing, which I found very helpful. The entire process was delivered ahead of time and I really enjoyed that I was kept informed during the whole process whether I needed to re-​send/​edit the graphics up to when the trophies were finished and ready for pick up.
I would definitely give them a try for any trophies, awards, or engraving needs!
