Dory saved me! He promptly diagnosed and fixed my Toshiba laptop that was inoperable for over a year! He also helped to restore my computer from my backed up external hard drive. For the first time in over a year, I am able to use my laptop without a warning pop up every 5 seconds! Also, even though he returned my computer, he has made himself available to answer all of my questions! Thank you Dory for excellent, personable and efficient service!!! 5-star service, i found them on E-bay-the repair i was working didn’t go that well so i need some professional help. I pulled MB out of the laptop and send it in. Got it back 2 days ago-you can see hand of professional, new DC jack looks better then the factory one. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a professional laptop repair, plus i would definitely use it again. Excellent Service and great price. I called and spoke to Dorie (sp)? About 11:30 am on a Tuesday. He told me to drop the computer off at his shop and he’d work on it right away. By 6:30 I had a phone call to come and pick up the computer. It was ready! So great! Dorie even gave me his home address so I could pick it up! My computer is running perfectly and better than new. I highly recommend Watt DCJack Repair.
