Pizza was good but I think the marinara sauce could be better. Like that they offer vegan cheese.

ZPizza REALLY came through for Jon, who’s now on vegan intake. ZPizza’s ‘vegan pizza’ features a replacement ‘cheese’ and a replacement ‘sausage’. We both agreed the ‘sausage’ was the right texture, tasted perfect and had a bit of a spicy kick to it. He was totally happy with the ‘cheese’, though I found it very heavy. If you like ultra-cheesy pizzas in general, though, you’d probably like this ‘cheese’. It did taste good. Jon says this is the best vegan meal he’s had in a restaurant so far. There is PLENTY of regular food that looked fantastic on the menu… sandwiches and salads and pizzas… so that will keep me happy… and we’ll probably make this one of our weekly stops. Recommended for everybody! And especially for vegetarians and vegans. P. S. They have an option where they assemble a pizza for you and then you take it home and cook it at home. Great idea especially if you like to add special ingredients at home.

Absolutely flavorless. Great service though, this the three stars. Salt and pepper to taste is always a good idea.

Delivery took over one and a half hours, but the food was delicious. I recommend going to the restaurant instead.

This place is amazing! It is very clean and everyone was friendly and very attentive. The pizza was delicious: thin crust, fabulous sauce and plenty of fresh ingredients. The antipasto salad and chicken Cesar salad were very good as well. I am definitely coming back.

this pizza is ok and that’s it. I know it’s healthier, as they say, but it’s not very delicious. I’d take a mulberry pizza anyway over pizza but that’s on the other side of the valley. Maybe I should try to gluten free to see if I like it any better but I think it’s the cheese I’m not into. I really can’t place it. Just the same, there aren’t that many options over in the deep valley by the 118 so I still order from here simply because there aren’t that many options. The inside is kept very clean and it’s easy to park and pick up. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Z pizza never dissapoints. Just went here, place is always delicious. Location — porter ranch plaza, next to subway whole foods a bad sushi spot and jack n the box. Parking is solid but could get busy. Food– their og pizzas loke the cheese n pepp are always so good, but their specialties pizzas and flat breads are the way to go. I just got their tuscan Pizza. Soooo good. Flavor everywhere just the right amount of ingredients on every bite and always cooked to perfection. I also got one of their sandwiches wish i remembered the name but its made fresh to order, sometimes orders do take long but its completely worth the extra few minutes of waiting. Service — solid service not too much for them to do but answer pizza questions which they do just fine and then also take care of you by a quick check up and also throw your trash away if you eat inside which is nice. Overall, i love z pizza for a nice healthy pizza, salad or sandwich.

Great food, love the salads. If kids want pizza at least this is healthier. We get free pizza after a few purchases, cannot beat that.

The pizza here can be pricey depending on toppings. I take my kids here after karate since they have pizza by the slice that’s ready. Just had a galf onion and half jalapeño and it was bland.

The gluten free pizzas are literally out of this world! We don’t even eat gluten free, ordered it by mistake one time and we couldn’t believe it. We’ve eaten at some of the best pizzerias in the world(seriously I’m talking Naples, Italy) and their gluten free dough is right up there with the best of them. Ask for it to be well done, and try the plain cheese or the Moroccan. So excited to have such an amazing pizza place right here in Porter Ranch. Outstanding staff and fast delivery too. A+++

It was amazing. We got 2 slices and a drink he even let me indulge in my pregnant moment I was having and put extra vegetables for me on after he heated the pizza. Yummy will definitely be back to try more.

All I can say is the pizza I had was extraordinary. The indigents were fresh, the concept original, and the combination was perfect. This place is now on my list of best pizza joints in the world.

Friendly staff. Pizza is really fresh and tastes great but make sure you ask them to cook it well done. I’ve had it under cooked before and I like my pizza nice and Krispy. The salads and vegan pizza are both really good

My first experience with Z-Pizza was on the way up to Lake Tahoe! We were looking for something that to eat as we were starving and we were able to find one of these pizza places up in Mammoth! Anyway, I remember the pie being interesting and pretty good but I didn’t really know of any in the area. Fast forward to tonight, the boyfriend mentioned that he would like pizza! I remember the last time we were at Whole Foods(it’s in the same parking lot) noticing this place and thinking that we should give it a try next time! So we did! Love that you can order online! That way we could get our order in without calling and it was so simple! And we only had to wait a few minutes when we got there! We decided on two pizzas: the Moroccan and the Tuscan mushroom! The Moroccan — had a mild pesto sauce for the actual sauce on the pizza(ie. no tomato sauce). The caramelized onions gave it a nice sweetness! Also, there were thin slices of eggplant on top! Yum and different! Tuscan Mushroom — this had a light garlic sauce and was covered with three different mushrooms! Lots of mushrooms on the pizza and again with the caramelized onions! They added a nice sweetness and the feta crumble on top also added a nice tang. I thought it was a well balanced pizza! I would like to try their Pear Gorgonzola pizza next time and even my traditional Pepperoni! This isn’t a place where I would say you need to run to but I enjoy it for a pizza place — especially since it’s close by and we can get them to deliver!

Z-pizza puts it’s competitors to shame. Their pizzas are on another level! When I’m «getting real in the Whole Foods parking lot», I always stop here first to fuel up. I think the owner of this place is here all the time too, so everything is always done right. Eat here, and I would have no idea why you would get pizza somewhere else afterward.

The short of it: — good pizza and salads — fresh ingredients — located in Whole Foods shopping plaza — small seating area inside — Favs: Apple & feta salad The long of it: My love for Z pizza was renewed recently. I like their thin crust, the ingredients are quite fresh and they have great salads. I usually get the Italian pizza or make my own pizza(always gotta have mushrooms and artichokes). I like their apple with feta cheese salad and it comes with candied walnuts and a tasty balsamic vinaigrette. Overall, I feel like the pizza here is «healthier» maybe because its not as greasy and they have a good selection of toppings(especially veggies) versus your standard pepperoni. They also deliver so this is a plus!

If you like undercooked, doughy pizza with minimal toppings this is your place. Bf and I went here, ordered two pizzas to go(California and American). When we got home I was majorly disappointed — my floppy little pizza was soggy from the tomatoes and just overall undercooked(totally white semi-cooked dough on the pizza bottom). Same for the American. We ended up putting them into the oven to cook. That said, we do not live far from Z so I know it wasn’t the ride home that cooled the pizzas down. I’m also pretty sure our car isn’t a time machine so our pizzas didn’t go backwards in time to uncook themselves and return to us as their younger, less cooked selves… Sure, the pizzas are«healthy» and there’s vegan, organic, gluten free options… but if you claim your pizzas are«fire-baked for a crispier, crunchier crust» then you best bring the fire. Otherwise change your ad … maybe to «Baked so your 80 year old grandma with no teeth can enjoy us too.»
