Did not have a good experience with them…2 salespeople came to my house and were nice. Ordered 5 shades for over $ 1200 to test them out before I order more from them.
Called the company for delivery a few days after receiving voice message. I couldn’t accept delivery the day I called back because I would be out Christmas shopping so I asked about delivery for following week. The OWNER told me my stuff is taking up space in his, warehouse and was pressuring me to accept delivery on his terms… I said to call me when they are in my area and if I’m home they can make the delivery.
I told, OWNER it is not nice to complain to a customer about his order ist taking up space after only a few days in warehouse and pressuring the customer to accept delivery when it is not, convenient for the customer.

We purchased a house this past year and needed drapes for the living room and dining room. We saw an ad in a local paper for Window Design by Powers and contacted them. They came to our home, showed us fabrics and designs and worked with us not only to achieve the look we wanted but also to meet our budget. They completed the work on time and we have been very pleased with the finished product. They made a follow-​up visit to make some minor adjustments, and solved a problem we were having with some sheers that we had purchased previously from another business. They also repaired some blinds that they had installed for the previous owner of our house.
We have recently contracted with them to do the drapes for our master bedroom.
We would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

From their knowledgeable sales associate, who had great ideas, to the final installation, our experience was hassle free. We found the staff friendly and professional. The materials and craftsmanship are top quality.
