McDonald’s

I’ve visited this McDonald’s location a bunch of times, since it’s located near Schoolcraft College, and I have to say that this location is very spacious and seems to be really great for groups. The staff of this location is what you’d normally expect from a McDonald’s, but I have to say that the food quality is pretty decent.

One of the worst managed mcdonalds. Over 30 minutes just to wait for a coffee and one hash brown.
All the front staff were. complaining about the people who did not show up. for work rather than getting dood out the door and the food prep lady was very obviously working extra slow.

Worst fast food experience of my life! Not only was the food tasteless, which is not true of every McDonalds, the service was just terrible! Not only was I yelled at for wanting my order the way I ordered it the were being screamed at as if they were slaves! I felt as if I had been transported back to the 1800s and those poor employees were fresh off of the boat! The general manager was rude, obnoxious, and simply mean to everyone! If I was the owner I would fire this guy immediately! But since the owner and this manager know each other no matter how he treats everyone around him he has a job! I’ve heard of power corrupting but since when does being a manager of a McDonalds mean you have power!?! Personally I will never eat at the McDonalds at 5 or 6 mile in Northville since they are both owned by the same people and clearly they have no appreciation of the employees or the customers! One Star!!!

I keep going back because it’s on my way to work. The food choices are good. I guess it’s my fault. I should NOT leave the drive thru until I check my bag. IE; today I ordered a carrot muffin, got a stale orange cranberry. A lot of them just dont care.

The food was cold and seemed to have been made a long time earlier. The drive thru cashier tried to short my change by $ 1.00 I will never come back to this McDonalds. By far not up to par with other McDonalds

Not quite sure what to write about McDonalds that hasn’t already been written.
The biggest plus to this restaurant is the location. Close to the interstate, main roads, and a lot of shopping. it also looks to be newer and/​or recently remodeled.
The biggest minus is the service. While I’ve only been here once (but I know I’ll visit again), I wasn’t impressed. It was a Sunday morning, about 9AM and it was yet to get busy, but the service was slow, and the staff appeared frazzled. I asked for splenda in my coffee. A couple of times, but never got it. Not the end of the world, but I hope it gets better. :)

For the second time, this McDonalds has screwed me by not putting the fries in my Premium Ranch Wrap Meal. I know that I should check the bag at the drive through before I leave, but twice on a row ??? I don’t expect much and I don’t complicate the order. I take whatever the menu item comes with, BUT I should get what I paid for. :-(
I just gotta go somewhere else.

Slow & rude. I waited in the drive thru lane as a to go order some 3 other cars in the other drive thru lane very inappropriate wish I would never have come here

Have you had the Mighty Wings yet? If not, it is definitely worth the trip for these delicious hand-​held treats. The five large wings (flats and drums) feature a crunchy, spicy coating and tender, juicy meat. Did I mention that they are large — so large, in fact, that they are the perfect portion for dinner. They are served with a variety of sauces — similar to what you would get with McNuggets. Of all the items offered seasonally, these 5-​star wings should find a permanent home on the menu.
