Consistently the worst location to go to I go to any other location or Lowes or Menards before I would go to this Home Depot after being burned multiple times

Went with hubs to make a purchase. The sales associates did not want to check in the back for the item. My husband had checked the online inventory and knew there were 7. The associates simply shrugged and walked away. One of them stated, «I dunno… I just got here.»

This is my office HD when I need something above and beyond a hardware store. They always have a better selection than Madison Heights!!! The clientele is a little more, refined and courteous and the parking lot is way easier to navigate from any of the other HDs I’ve been to.

I always find a helpful staff when I go here. They also just added personal check out which is great if you just go there to get a few screws or fixtures. I also got a complimentary water when in went there last which is great because it was my third time I was there for the same project that day

This particular Home Depot is quite clean and in a pretty nice area where you would feel a sense of safety. Parking lot is humongous as well we the Home Depot itself. If you need anything for the house or yard this place will probably have what you are looking for (as long as it is newer items). The older items you may want to visit a more Mom & Pop hardware store!
Self-checked out and no one bothered us, so can’t say anything about the workers. Easily found what we were looking for and then we left. No fuss no muss!
