Perfect Power Wash

Quick reasonable quote and fast excellent service. Had the house and two decks power washed. House looks like it was just painted and 28 year old deck looks practically brand new. I would highly recommend.

Scam of a company! If you are a company that specializes in cleaning siding and cleaning out gutters then maybe you should be able to clean siding and clean out gutters… or your company is pretty much useless right?
Unfortunately I found out the hard way that this is one down right atrocious company! Hired them to wash siding and brick on my 2 story house. Also wanted to have gutters cleaned out and scrubbed. They showed up around 8 am and left around 9:30. I thought wow that was fast… and it was fast because they did a sloppy job. Right after they left I decided to look at the gutters and found that some of them were not even touched. Packed with leaves and debris. I quickly called them back and he apologized and returned to get all the gutters he missed. Thought I was now satisfied… until the house dried and I noticed dirty streaks all over the siding. It looked 10 times worst then when they started. Called them back yet again. This time I was told to take pictures and send them in via email (yet more work on my part). I did this and they sent a guy out that next morning (3^rd time they had been back if your counting). They guy apologized yet again (they are really good at apologizing, lots of practice I guess). He washed all the siding again and tried to (blend) all the dirty marks from the weep holes so it was more of a uniform dirty look rather then just streaks… yep, crazy. Well basically the siding looks worst then when they started. While he was there he rechecked the gutters a sure enough… some were still untouched from the previous visit… absolutely unbelievable! One of my lower shutters took some damage during the initial power wash. That’s up to me to fix I guess.
Bottom line is I am out $ 800 for one of the worst jobs I’ve ever witnessed a hired company do on my time on this planet. Just a bad company from the driver to the kid who pours soap into a bucket to the trainers to office management to the guy who takes the money laughing all the way to the bank. Hope this helps anybody looking to Perfect Power Wash for their business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Save yourself the time and aggravation and just take your money out to the back yard and light it on fire.

We love working with Perfect Power Wash. We have been working with them for 8 months now and think they are top-​notch& ethical company. Michael really cares about the quality of work and wants to make sure clients are taken care of. This is rare in today’s business market. We highly recommend them!

I am sorry to say this is a negative review. I love to support local companies, but I can’t do it this time, based on the following…
Rock bottom cusotmer service. I can’t tell you how many phone calls were not returned to me. I received a bill for services I didn’t request and when I attempted (multiple, multiple messages left!) to communicate that PPW had the wrong address, I had no luck. They hooked their hose up to one neighbor’s house to clean the roof of another! The list goes on, but most disappointing is that PPW never attempted to make things right. That tells me they don’t care.
