No business is bigger than the customer! RICHARD you stood up on me and wasted my whole afternoon. Your secretary lied to me on the voice mail saying you are on your way and lied to me again. You need to get your act together, practice what you preach. If the appointment was confirmed you should have showed up. You did not just stand me up, your secretary called me and left a false message– saying you are own your way and then when i spoke with her on the phone she said that is not how it works with you. Excuse me? Your time in not the most valuable thing, all our times are valuable. and customers need to know the arrogance you have in you!!! I don’t care if you own the company, you need to first learn how to treat your customer right by least showing up or aplogizing!
