Place is surprisingly clean and the staff is friendly. I’ve been to so many places in Norwalk where it’s filthy and/or tiresome and rude. The only problem is the fact that these family practitioners should not be prescribing medication to patients who are seeking psychological help especially if they’ve stated the fact that this is what they need. I mean, who knows yourself better than yourself. But for some reason, one of the doctors decided it was completely okay to prescribe a potentially addictive anti-psychotic when the appointment was a simple check-up. «Potentially addictive» because if it’s not taken the side effects are awful, so it’s take it or suffer. Sorry, but the doctors/PAs seen are just hacks who should be dealing with only what they know and not pretend to be concerning just to make an extra buck. In the end, the following are what resulted from two visits to this place: 1. Norwalk sucks. 2. Family practitioners should stick to what they know and leave the specialty areas to those who are specialized in the field. 3. Cynicism and untrusting of doctors: Where are all the honest ones who want to help people instead of make a buck?
