Domino’s Pizza

Messed up the order. Didn’t deliver the cheese sticks or marinara sauce. Pretty bad location. Consistently disappointing.

Food was good, but not great. Unfortunately this was the second time I got delivery from this location and it took an hour. My cheese steak pizza was cold and it ran me 20 bux for the medium without tip, so basically I spent 25 $ for a cold pizza for one. Luckily I’m not in the mood for domino’s as much as I was when I was in college.

I ordered for first time last night. Ordering online went pretty smooth. However, as I watched my browser tell me that my pizza went out the door at 630, I sent kids outside to wait for delivery (which should have been less than 10min). 25min later, I called the store to find out where the pizza was. First was told, ‘oh he already came and no one there’ — really? i told the store we were waiting right here. Then, he said ‘he’ll be there in 5more minutes, had multiple deliveries.’ He did show up right about 7pm — ½ hour since the pizza went out the door. Total from order to delivery was nearly an hour!
As for the pizza itself — I ordered the thin crust and it wasn’t bad. Not great but not bad — although luke warm at best. The choc lava cakes were ok — the kids liked them.
With so many choices locally, stay away.
Stay away — far away. It’s overpriced and terrible delivery service.

Friday night and kind of beat after work so we decided to order pizza. My son wanted to try the online ordering. It was great to click click click and our order was done complete with pictures and full descriptions. Using credit was a cinch. My son watched the status bar and then it was on its way. The delivery driver called our cell as I requested and met us with a smile. Now for the food. I went with the veggie style pizza. It was tasty and the ingredients were fresh. My son had the cheese. I took a bite and that was tasty as well. The lava cake was very nice. It was great that they give you two so you can share.

After 45 minutes, Domino’s still had not delivered my pizza. I called to find out what was taking the order so long and no one picked up the phone. The first time I called, it was busy. The second time I called, they just let the phone ring and ring. I will never order from them again. Obviously they don’t want the business.

Worst. customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time, if u don’t wanna work late on Sundays then don’t, don’t let ur customers stay on the line for 20 minutes and then hang up on them when they trying to purchase your product, im in the service industry and normally very easy going… but whoever s managing this place needs to check there employees or find a more suitable job

They don’t mess up the pizza, but it usually arrives cold because it takes so long. The tracker says it has been delivered and then the delivery guy shows up 10 minutes later. This has happened 3 times already.

I have allways been a good customer for dominos pizza, but this place really make it for people to hate it and never come back, I tried to get deliver, and it was worst They don’t have any Costumer service skills at all. It got there quick because I live like 3 blocks, but definably it was not a good experience. There’s a planet Pizza a mile north on the same road and its the total opposite.

I called in — man who answered wasnt understandable but I managed to get that it would be here soon. wellll it wasnt! i had to call 2 more times, and by the time I got it it was cold and took over 2x as long as the tracker said it would.

I never really ever ordered from Dominos ever before in my life… till this month. The ordering process is so simple! You can complete it all online and don’t even have to bother with the phone and understanding other people’s accents etc!
What drew me into ordering from them was the fact that online ordering system as I was searching for online-​ordering restaurants in this area. Not many do exist. So I had always heard about the lava cakes from TV commercials and was curious to try.
Honest to God they are a gift from heaven! I am addicted and have to order a whole bunch when I do order cuz they are soooo good! They also have a tracker on the website that lets you track your order as far as the prepping time, baking time and quality check and delivery. It’s sooo convenient!
I hate the pizza though, I’ll be honest. Usually I only order their buffalo wings or bbq wings which are realllly good and a salad and the cakes. They have sandwiches that look blazing too but they look high calorie and I don’t want to get stuffed on a sandwich before eating the cakes :)
