Kure Spa

This is a great spa that offers many extras. Don’t forget to try the juice bar.

My wife and I went today for the first time and all we have to say is — WOW!!!
From the moment you walk through the doors you immediately feel a sense of calmness come over you. The smell is the first thing you notice. That first breath you take is feels clean and refreshing as light notes of lavender hit your nose. Next we found ourselves being greeted by the actual owners of the spa whom, after the first 5 minutes of talking with them, you realize are not only passionate about what they do but also extremely knowledgable in all aspects of health, nutrition & well-​being.
We signed up for the Introductory Relax, Renew, Renourish Spa Package. This starts with the Vibrosaun (something we’ve never experienced), followed by a 1 hour massage and then finally a fresh-​pressed organic juice or smoothie.
Vibrosaun — Very interesting to say the least. Imagine a sauna but instead of just sitting there sweating with 5 others at your local gym, you instead have your own personal space to relax and detox. You have the ability to control the temperature (which I got up to 76 C or 168 F), this was as high as I could take for the first time. What’s nice though is that your head sticks out of the top and rests on a comfortable cushion where you can control the music volume and cooling fan. In normal saunas I find the heat will sometimes make it difficult to breathe but there’s no issue here because you head is free and you still get all the benefits of a normal sauna. In a normal sauna — I can do about 10 minutes before I have to leave. I did 30 in this — no problem! You can also control the vibrating cushion you lay on. I’d go full vibration the whole time because after 30 minutes the machine begins to cool and the vibration stops. At this point your body turns to a tingling jello mass. An experience you need to feel to appreciate!
Massage — I had Jill. Fantastic! I swear, in my delirious half-​dazed state of mush, I told her that it was like «a song». That was the best way I could describe it at the time of borderline incapacitation. What I meant was that it had a great flow — like a good song. Not choppy, not painful like some places. She needed no direction from me. This was a professional that takes her job seriously and you can tell. So relaxing — Great job!
Juice — Very good. We’ve been juicing pretty consistently for a couple months now — especially after the holidays… that said, a lot of juice places try to pass off Stop and Shop vegetables and fruits for «organic» and you can definitely tell the difference. The ingredients here are fresh and crisp. You can watch them make it in front of you and then taste for yourself — it’s legit!

Personal favorites are the blueberry PB drink, the chocolate smoothie and the mango lassi. Pure perfection.

This was the best massage I’ve ever gotten! The staff was amazing and courteous. I met one of the owners, who was lovely. I love how flexible they are with the benefits/​subscription service. I have recommended this to every person I know. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is wonderfully tranquil.

There aren’t enough stars to fit the quality of service and feeling you get after a visit at Kure. This spa is amazing. The vibrosaun is fantastic. The massages are heavenly — unlike any you have ever experienced. The staff — you have NEVER met a more knowledgeable and friendly group of people. I look forward to my Kure visits. It is pure BLISS. You MUST give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Finally got there!!! Best ever! Did a vibrosauna, followed it with a 1hr massage and after that a green smoothie! All aspects of the space were 5star, staff, owner, vibro machine, massage therapist, and the smoothie was great! (I know a little something about making smoothies). Totally recommend this spot. Easy to get to and great parking!

I am so thrilled with this new concept! I just discovered this secret spa a little bit ago! I purchased my Vibrosaun package and there’s no looking back. Loosening my spine and activating my lymphs to clean as well as sweating/​burning off a good chunk of calories. Staff is very helpful and thoroughly explains all. Spa is very very clean. The juice bar is the perfect compliment post therapy or as your daily juice stop. Jen at the juice bar is the BEST! So glad I discovered!

What a fabulous day… 30 min in the vibrosaun, 60 min massage with Pierre and wrapped it all up with a smoothie. Already booked my next «me day» for next month and I’m going to kick it off with one of the Kure yoga classes.
Pierre was phenomenal, he put all his body strength into the massage. Just amazing! I made an appointment with him for the next time.

This place is great. All the yoga teachers I have had are very good & the juice bar is so tasty– the green ginger mint smoothie is excellent!
There is a nice little changing area & the place is always very clean.
