LuLu’s Body Piercing

I recently got my nose pierced, and I am very disappointed. From the top part it looks okay but it wasn’t pierced straight and on the inside it is right by the edge of my nose. I’m going to have to let it close and get it done again somewhere else. I initially wrote a review on Instagram, and of course they didn’t acknowledge this problem at all, instead they just deleted it. I would rate this experience ZERO STARS, but I am going to give them 2 stars only because I had a piercing done 6 years ago by the same guy and that one looks great. Maybe he was just having an «off» day. I’m not sure… Nevertheless, make sure it’s not a rush job being done. It really sucks that I wasted $ 25 and now I have to let it heal and start the process again!

I love this place! Super quick piercing! I have been coming here for years now. Even now that I live in San pedro, I rather drive over here than go anywhere else. I have gotten my nose pierced twice, 4 piercing on my bottom lip (spider bites) and a Medusa piercing.

Came here to buy a nose piercing and I show up when it is suppose to be open and guess what it was closed! I waited and I called and nobody picked up. Disappointed! Not surprised though, it’s located inside of the indoor swampmeet. I’m sure they do great in piercing but not so great in being on time to open your own store when it’s supposed to be opened.

I would give this no stars if I could. I went Monday to get a Prince Albert from them. They used the wrong gauge needle on me and put a piercing in that was dangerous. They didn’t mark me first to confirm placement and placed the piercing too high up. I’m now looking at going to a different piercer in an attempt to get this piercing sorted out and fixed.
This is a piercing I’ve always wanted and finally got the courage to get and now I look down and rather than feel pride, I feel anger and frustration. They say they explained to me the procedure but they did not. I knew they were using a 14 gauge needle but I’m not a professional. I didn’t know until afterward that the industry standard was a 10 gauge, 12 gauge minimum.
Thanks for ruining what should have been a great experience for me.

I’m giving one star because I came here the other day with my friend to get our septums pierced and they did both of ours wrong. I’ve posted a photo of mine and it’s completely crooked. My friends looked perfect but for some reason the ring looked huge. We assumed it was because maybe she had a tiny nose. We come to find out when going to another body piercing place that the guys did both of ours wrong. Mine was obviously crooked and hers was too low. I even asked both the percent and the front desk guy if it was crooked and they told me it wasn’t and it was just the earring. Which is extremely unprofessional. The other piercer was actually outraged at how badly it was done that he offered us a discount to fix it. When getting ours pierced here at LuLus the guy just laid us down and pierced immediately. The other place made markings on our noses to fix it. The only thing this place has going for it is the prices. But I’d advise staying away if you want a septum piercing.

Got my navel pierced here and it was a comfortable, great experience! The piercer, Angie, was really nice and made me feel at ease.
I highly recommend people to come here!

Great prices. Fast and trauma free piercing. I got my Targus pierced and was done in less then 10 mins. The piercer, I don’t remember her name, was patient and explained the process and potential pain level. They have a variety of body jewelry and I was very pleased when I left.
Don’t be deterred by the fact it’s in an indoor swapmeet.

My friend recommended Lulu’s to me for a tragus and cartilage piercing. I was a little nervous because it was at a swap meet. It turned out to exceed my expectations 100%.
They checked my ID.
I signed a waiver.
Price: $ 15 for one OR $ 25 for two.
I chose the sizes of my earrings.
The piercer wore gloves and used a band new needle.
The pain was only a pinch!
He was amazing!
He did exactly what I wanted!
I highly recommend this place!
