I wish I could give them a –0. We placed an order for an item that was on display in their store and even on their card. AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. They showed up late and then when we tell them it’s wrong they wanna argue and charge triple the amount. Then we ordered letters WITH HELIUM she hands he the letters not blown up THEN HAS THE AUDACITY to charge more $ to blow them up after quoting a price of the letters with the air in them. When they finally finished our ceremony had already started and they started standing in front of our stage posing next to the balloons. REALLY WORST THEE WORST SERVICE EVER DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

i wish i can give them a 0, worse service ever i ordered my daughters jumper almost 2 months before her party and my order was still wrong. they brought the wrong item and had to leave to get the correct one and it was still the wrong one to top it off it was extremely dirty and they came an hour before the party started, and the delivery guy was extremely rude worse experience ever i do not recommend them to anybody you will regret it
